Shoe Dept. Encore, Tallahassee FL

Shopping today for school shoes for my daughter. Went to several shoe stores and came up empty. Decided to go to one more store. Was genuinely impressed with Shoe Dept. 's vast selection. The store was very neat and organized. Well stocked. Found several shoes in her size, unlike the other stores. Should have come to Shoe Dept.first. Now I know. Will definitely return. Great experience!

Good selection of both women's & men's shoes. Great prices too. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes for less than $50

Endless choices of brands and sizes, however, not a single employee ever greeted me and my wife or offered any assistance while shopping. I did make a purchase but already knew what I was looking for. I was thanked for my purchase.

This store is pretty good in selection BUT not so good in the higher numbers in female shoes if your looking for 9 and up forget it the selection is slim. For men though they rock.

It's nice place to buy some sports shoes.especially during sale. I purchased my husband's boot and he kind of liked it.definitely I am going to try it again.

Wouldn't let me return $70 squeaky shoes because I had worn them. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THEY SQUEAK IF I DONT WEAR THEM?

Shoes fall apart to often & don't really last more than 2- 2/12 months. For the price & name brand shoes they should last way longer.

I always find a nice shoes from here. I love shopping @ the location inside Governors Square Mall

They put different size shoes in the boxes, then when you take them they say we do it all the time and it's clearly marked on the box. The manager was rude and condescending and stated I should've checked the sizes and then only gave part of what I paid because "they were two different sizes". Absolutely NOT going back!

I love the selection and affordability here especially when they are having a big sale. I just walked out with a ton of shoes because the prices just could not be beat!

Got a really nice pair of combat boots from here along with a pait of moccasins. The material is great however, the moccasin fur is already starting to tear up from the sole. Otherwise the customer service is great and they provide any assisstance you need in order to get what you need and/or want and let you contiue on with shopping.

Went in to see if I could find a cute pair of shoes we were out of town for work and went to mall here and left with atleast 8 pair between me and my 2yr old mayhave even been 10 pair great prices and I found Sperry's we're half price in comparison to another store I went into and found a lot of cute wedges and shoes for my daughter wish we lived closer I would go all the time

Not very helpful there shoe selection was not the best for the prices they was charging. Plus we did buy a pair of wolverine boots, then they said the had to order them, and you will have them in two business days, we are working on the third business day and there still not here.
