Brand name shoes, lots of selection. They always have my size. Friendly staff. Great rewards system

Went to get some snow boots and the young lady that assisted me went above and beyond! The employees that helped me were Awesome! Will definitely go back!

Well this store is where I go to find a lot of my shoes and they actually had my shoes again this time thank goodness the service is terrible but they do have decent prices and a lot of selection so it's a good place to go but the as I said the service is terrible

The clerk that helped us was very nice and very helpful about the shoe I bought. He does his job very well.

My shopping experience was very pleasant the store manager and one of her associates went above and beyond to help me very pleasant, knowledge, very friendly and listen to me as far as what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Less options and brands then they used to carry. Have to ask associates to try on shoes. Slows things down. Not efficient process.

It wasn't bad at all everyone was nice and the store was kept clean and well organized

I came in the store in Lake City, FL yesterday with my husband to purchase work shoes. And we notices a pair of platform vans that has a sale tag behind it. It said 74.99 and on sale for 59.99. I pointed them out to my husband. We purchased out shoes and left. Today, i went in and went back to the platform vans, i picked the size i needed and went to the register. The gentleman at the register (about 5 foot 9, heavier guy, darker skin maybe hispanic or african american) told me my total was 84.99 i was like uhh nah, the tag says its on sale. And pointed to the shoes on the rack. The guy says "where" i led him over to it and pointed out the display shoe sitting DIRECTLY in front of the sale tag. He picks up a pair of the same shoes, looks at the sale tag and says, "its the wrong shoe" and just kind of stares at me. I was like well, this tag says its on sale and the display shoe is in front of said tag. He just scoffed at me, and i was like i need you to find who can correct this price. So he walks away and i was approached about 5 mins later by a lady (younger 20s-30s, white. Black hair, average size) who proclaimed herself the keyholder. She looks at the sale tag and says she cannot honor that price because it has the sku printed on the tag. I asked her "so youre telling me, that it is my job as the customer to match skus and price tags to ensure what you are selling is actually in the correct spot" and she said "no but since it has a sku i cannot do it" and at this point she blamed the "misplaced" price tag on a customer. She said she wouldnt have moticed unless she closed or whoever closed. I asked her how its been 24 hours since my last visit, if the did not zone the store last night and the tag placed where it belongs. The shoe that this tag belonged to was three columns over and on the bottom.she then told me i could come back when her manager comes in on thursday. She told me her manager was off and doesnt like to be called when shes off. She refused to provide me with any phone number or name. At that point i contacted the Gainesville store to get some sort of higher management phone number. That girl was very nice and told me shed call her manager and get back to me. While i was waiting for her to reach back out the dark hair girl provided me the number to customer service and said that she called her manager and they told her if customer service approves it she can override it. So i stood at the register and called 9 times to the customer service number. One of the other employees (older african american lady) asked is i was able to get in touch with customer service. I politely told her no, but im the persistent kind and i would stay there until someone answered. At that point the dark haired lady, had her "personal visitors" go get mall security "just in case" as i was standing there calling customer service. The gentleman from mall security stayed for about 5 mins. And left. At that point the dark haired girl rang up another customer on the other register and the phone rang. Im unsure who she spoke to. However once the other customer left and she got off the phone, she asked me if i wanted to use my rewards, and i said yes. (At this point her demeanor changed entirely from happy to help, to why do i have to deal with this person) she said it froze and she had to move me to another register. So we moved to the other side and finished the transaction. The gentleman that was on register at the begining avoided my presence for the rest of the time i was there.

The overall experience was awful. And i still chose to patronize this store. I still paid 64.99 for shoes, after being expected to do the employees job, being scoffed at like a mom who yelled at her teenager, and had to literally argue with someone who was CLEARLY in the wrong about a pricetag, and i have nothing to show for it.

Really sad state of things. Store associates just standing around chatting while shoes and trash are hanging around. No sizing mats for kids available and the person I did speak to didn’t know what nylons were.

Large selection of shoes. I've never walked out empty handed. Lots of items are always on sale.

A well stocked shoe store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can always find that perfect pair of shoes.
