DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. THEY RUN A JANKY BUSINESS. WE DROP MY SON SHOES OFF TO BE CLEANED AND WHEN WE PICKED THEM UP THEY HAVE CREASES ALL OVER THEM AND LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE SHOES WE DROPPED OFF. ON TOP OF THIS THE SHOES THEY GAVE US BACK DID NOT HAVE THE TAG TO IDENTIFY THEM WITH THE TAG THEY GAVE US WHEN WE DROPPED THEM OFF. AFTER GETTING INTO A HEATED ARGUMENT WE WERE ACCUSED OF ONLY WANTING OUT MONEY BACK ($40) lol WHEN WE WANTED TO KNOW WHERE ARE THE SHOES WE DROPPED OFF CAUSE THIS CANT BE THEM. THE DISRESPECT LADY IN THERE BEGAN TO BELITTLE US WITH SLURS SAYING" YOU KNOW ALL THEY WANT IS THE MONEY" AND "YOU KNOW HOW THEY ARE" PLEASE DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM ESPECIALLY THE BLACK COMMUNITY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPECT US. I HAVE VIDEO TO BACKBYP EVERYTHING IVE SAID
Great customer services and they know what they doing took my pair of space jams to get fix and he got every detail right, no glue marks or nothing he did a perfect job.
If your go to University Mall in Tampa looking for the old shoe repair shop that was just inside the entrance and on the left. Well the new owners have relocated the shop and it is in the mall just around the corner of the old shop and are on the left side. The new upgraded shop still does excellent low cost quick shoe repairs. And the new owner has added several services and products for customers. They have a custom perfume bar, jewelry, and custom logo tee shirts. Still the same friendly service. I recommend them.
Anthony is absolutely the best. Service rendered before his schedule allowed.
