Shoe Doctor & Leather Repair, Fort Lauderdale FL

Owner absolutely refuses to finish my knife sheaths and return my fathers 40 year old hunting knife! I will take this review down when I get my TWO sheaths, and my Heirloom knife that is still new in the box!

So, guys, I want to share my sad experience with this shop …
I left my bag there 2 months ago for restoration and they asked me to pay upfront almost $300 what is actually not cheap for this kind of service…Anyways I payed, hopefully to get it back in a great condition…
After one month I back and they told me that need one more week …ok…after 3 more weeks I back to shop and! My bag was in the same condition as I brought it there and that guy told me that he cleaned! ! It's not truth at all! And plus to all he mentioned God that he did it! Its disgusting situation!
When I choose that place I read comments and didn’t pay attention so much about bad comments. Anyways, I was thinking that according to bad comments he will provide better service …but in my situation it’s not happen! So, guys, your choice to use their service or not, but please read all comments before making choice. Good luck

Joseph is a leather magician! My husband’s vintage doctor’s bag was in terrible shape — it had a broken clasp, and the leather needed an intense cleaning and conditioning. Now the bag looks brand new! It looks so beautiful, we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend the Shoe Doctor.

A1, The Shoe Doctor is the best in the nation! He brought my vintage Python Fendi Spy Bag back to life where it actually looks brand new! The python skin had become very brittle and he literally made it feel like butter. The shine is to die for! Although this was the most intricate restoration so far, he has repaired countless designer bags and shoes of mine to perfection! I trust no one else with my luxury items as he is the only person that can handle this kind of service for me.

I’m very disappointed of repair quality. Paid about $50 for the repair, after wearing it for one time everything is coming apart.

Brought a pair of taupe Giuseppe Zanotti shoes in to fix the heel which had a small chunk of leather missing and you can’t even tell where it was now. They did an amazing job matching the color! Told other friends whom are also looking for a great shoe repair!
Would highly recommend!
