Shoe Palace, Coral Springs FL

This Shoe Palace had a great selection of Jordan’s, AF1’s and Dunks. The store had a good layout and the staff kept it clean and organized. I like that their New Era fitted hat section stays loyal and focuses on the local Florida teams. They had a great variation of colors on the Dolphins, Bucs, and Marlins fitted hats.

It's a good store but the people there don't do their job got a rifle ticket for some Jordans which they never call me back had the shoes sitting in their store

It’s not normal that you see a shoe store employee recommend you getting some fresh new apparel to match with your new shoes. Naquam definitely raised my expectations. Awesome guy

Sold me a display shoe without informing me. Got outside in day light and clearly saw that both toes of the shoe were different colors due the display shoe being out for so long and touched by everyone and they mfn mama, brother, sister, auntie and cousin it's fine though bc I got my refund. But it should've never been sold like that without informing the customer that that's the last shoe you have and it's going to be a display purchase. Had I had been told that I wouldn't have even wasted my time purchasing just to have to come back 30mins later to return. Tf. But of course they aren't going to tell you bc they just want the sale. Not my problem. Have better customer service and yall won't have problems getting a legit sale. First and last time ever buying from this place. First impression is everything and yall ruined it fr. Never again.
