Shoma Homes Key Cove reviews
16Horrible, unprofessional, money hungry, and downright rude. The security will treat you like a criminal for being a compliant lease holder, and look for any and every way to make you feel unwelcomed and charge you for anything they can. The security team alone has made it the most unwelcoming place I've ever lived in my entire life.
Was there for Thanksgiving my sister lives there. Nice fountain when you for go past guard gate
I have been a resident here for 10 and 1/2 years and as no place is perfect this place is pretty much close to it they keep it clean and well manicured grounds. There is security guards that drive throughout the community on a regular basis, day and night. There's designated parking for residents and visitors on a whole this community is a pleasant and safe place to live
Every security guard in this bihh gon have to see me if they tow my car again on my mama
They act like kids
I relocated here for another state I thought would be a great place to live but instead the staff in the office is very unprofessional very rude to black people and money hungry. I asked back in April to have a party by the pool the answer I keep getting is they are rewriting the contract for the pool when it is now August and I'm still getting the same answer but are quick to write you a fake violation trying to make you look bad when they don't answer the office phones but when I walk in they all are sitting at their desk. Then they have all the security staff that live in here who are so rude and unprofessional they cater to their friends if you speask up for yourself you will receive a violation in the mail a month later saying you violating a rule. This place is a mess needs to be under new management that is professional when is supposed to be a association
I applied to live here and put in an offer which was not accepted. That’s fine and all but they didn’t even have the decency to call my realtor back to let them know they went with someone else’s offer.
Unprofessional and money hungry for it to be an association where you live at. You’re more likely to be harassed by the security guards and the staff then your neighbors. Also make sure to keep track of paperwork that you turn in to office because they will lose it.
The road is sort of elevated on the sides and the security was unable to contact the people we visited which made the wait longer to enter the premises. There are 2 pools and a lake with a fountain though.
Worse place to try and live in. They are not good with communicating with new tenants. I move in and no one told me what my mail box number is, I sent them money for a barcode which I never received almost two months later still haven't recieved one. I would go almost every week at the gate asking for my barcode but would always be told to come back the following week. The next thing I know is they put a big red paper on my car saying they will tow my car away. They do not know what they're doing. Maintaince people are call or email and takes almost a month to even call to come and fix things in the unit. I am not able to use things in the unit do to lack of maintenance. Very frustrating!
UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I DROVE 3 HOURS TO VISIT MY NIECE AT KEYS COVE BEFORE GOING WITH THE REALTOR BUT I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THE FEMALE SECURITY IN THE GATE MADE ME GO AROUND FOUR TIMES I WAS GIVEN THE CORRECT CODE WHICH I HAD SAVED IN A TEXT AND SHE END UP LYING SAYING THAT I HAD GIVE THE WRONG CODE SHE WAS RUDE SHE EVEN SIZED ME WHO DOES THAT? I WAS PLANNING ON BUYING A PROPERTY THERE BUT SHE MADE ME THINK ABOUT MY FUTURE VISITORS AND NO THAT'S NOT WHAT I WANT FOR MY VISITORS.
This is the worst place to even live. The office person won’t have a civil conversation with you they hung up the phone in your face. Some of the security are nasty with bad attitudes. Will never recommend somebody to live here under no circumstances. If you like to be watch like your in jail this the place I HATED!
Today I contacted my lawyer for help with Bianca. Took me 3 weeks to gather proof of discrimination against her, I believe I finally have it. She does her own thing and Selene is never aware of Bianca’s process. All of her friends and family are comfortably in the community ironically. I genuinely can’t wait to have my day in court against Shoma Homes Keys Association.
Beautiful it's a City within the City. It's a large Community, and concentrated traffic issues are to be expected and seriously taken into consideration upon arrival at any point.
I like it and would gladly take on any properties located in this area. I call it a landlords dream.
I love it very quiet staff very helpful and respectful and a well kept clean community and very friendly when talking to any of the staff employees very professional I love this place
Every property i went to view in there (4 in total) had termites really bad. And it appears there may be plumbing issues as every toilet (12 in total) had bad water stains, residue or issues flushing.
ZERO STARS: The WORST place ever. A stray bullet came into my home the day before Xmas so its a dangerous neighborhood. It doesn't help that the security team is bias to its residents. Not everyone has to follow the rules. If you decide to live here, pray that you're on the security teams good side. They will make it hell to live here
