Shoot Straight Fort Myers

I purchased a handgun on Feb 1 and the customer service could not have been any better. As a first time buyer, Armando showed me several different guns, showed me the operation of each, answered all of my questions and concerns as well as informing me of the classes they offer, info on the extended warranty, personal legal insurance and any other questions I asked. There was absolutely no pressure relative to time spent or the purchasing of a hand gun. Quite a pleasant experience.

I’ve been to shoot straight for some time now but never have I been disrespected after spending money on targets, ammo and range rental. I will not be going there again

The staff is racist if you have any type of color you will be racially profiled when you walk in they won’t even sell to you if the Manager don’t like your skin

If you have any lingering marital issues, parental abandonment issues, racism, work frustrations, etc…. This is the local shooting range spot to go to. Staff are chill and friendly. Can bring own weaponry of mass destruction, also own ammunition (no tracer rounds even tho i unlocked in battle pass)

I did not get to use a $100 gift certificate at all I even called them to see if I could be refunded the money instead and they told me no. So they took my money on an unused gift card and won't return it. And these days $100 is a lot of money. Shame on them

I absolutely love this store! The employees are so respectful and insightful. My husband and I had a great experience at the range, Aidan was very helpful and informative. The prices are also very fair and the range rules are laid out well. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I did an FFL transfer and it went great. I was expecting some glitch with the holidays and all but the firearm arrived quicker than expected. I was contacted right away. I didn't get there till 5 so I was told someone would call me the next day when they got the background check. I ended up having to call them instead but no big deal. I see some negative staff reviews and that was not my experience at all.

Took the conceal carry class the other day and it was a great class. Tony the instructor was very knowledgeable and made the class very enjoyable. The employees at Shoot Straight seemed very friendly. I was going to go to Bass to purchase my gun however based on my experience here for the first time I will purchase my CC gun here. Thank you

I took my CC class with Tony. He was so funny, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their class at shoot straight. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful, and the range is nice as well.

This used to be my go to gun store. Not anymore. I came in at 6: 30. Stood around for 12 mins then I was told they won’t sell me a gun because they don’t want to stay past 7. If you don’t like staying pas 7 pick a different job. I’ve never been to a business that didn’t want to do business because they wanna go home “on time” I will be going to another store to buy the gun. This place doesn’t deserve the business

This is the range that I primarily use when I go shooting, and I’ve also purchased 2 firearms from here. Preston has helped me both times, and I recommend you talk to him! He’s very friendly and whether you’re experienced or a beginner, he’s always got good advice.

Ladies if you are looking for a sales guy ask for Preston. He is amazing. I asked questions and he never seemed annoyed lol. He took the time to explain things to me. I read some of the reviews about people not approaching them or being rude. My response is this, go in ask for Preston if he is not available then find someone that is not on a computer. They do have ex military employees that work there so maybe they are used to being hyper focused on their job. It isn't an excuse, but I'm a female and I had no issues with buying a gun today.

~$19 to shoot, can bring your own ammo, DO NOT have to pay for ear and eye protection if needed which is really nice. RSO do not hover over you which I really appreciate, but are there if needed for saftey. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was that the ventilation system was not as good as other places. Range got extremely hot at one point and it was really uncomfortable. Other than that, employees were ready to help, everyone was nice, well kept range, lots of firearms to buy at decent prices.
Will consider a membership.

Great indoor shooting range. Excellent ventilation. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend.

My first time there was excellent. They had a P365 XL in stock and we completed the paperwork with no issues. I went there for training after my CC classroom training. Great gun selections, overall nice store.

I’ve been shopping here ever since I’ve moved to Fort Myers. They’ve always been super helpful with everything and I’ve always gotten fair/good deals here.
Remember when looking at these reviews, this is a gun shop, not a nail salon. If you are looking to get a pat on the back for walking in the store this isn’t the place for you pal. Their customer service has always been top notch. They arnt the kind of sales professionals that jump on you as soon as you walk in the door and that’s nice.
10/10 would recommend.

Nice staff but pretty lame they wouldn't let me use the range after spending 600$ on a revolver with out paying for range time.
