Shooters Waterfront, Fort Lauderdale FL

Everything was great. Starting with the hostesses, the food, the atmosphere. Our server Meredith went above and beyond to make sure we surprise our friend for her birthday! She was professional, attentive and knowleadgeable. Will definitely be back and we’ll ask for her! The views are amazing and loved the sushi roll Godzilla and the St Louis Ribs!

First time here, came for brunch, my order was messed up 3 times, those 3 times the food was late and the waitress made it seem like it was the cooks fault and not hers.

Great place to have brunch by the waterfront of ft. Lauderdale. Everyone is friendly. Food was great. Weather was great.

Very cute view of the water & fun atmosphere. I had the shrimp po boy & the shrimp were cooked perfectly, the fries that came with the meal were awesome also. Service was good & the had a nice brunch buffet option.

The server was very good, she came back a couple times after everyone had received their food except me to check but the food came out 30 minutes after everyone else at my table had theirs and the order was wrong. It was supposed to be jumbo lump crab and definitely was not and the eggs were to be medium but we're so runny it was ridiculous. It was supposed to have a salad but they brought potato's instead that were horrible.
I also ordered a gray goose drink because any other vodka gives me a bad headache

Everyone raves about how good the food is and the place in general. Atmosphere is very nice but I am not impressed at all but my server was very good.
Of course they charged me for all their mistakes for a total of $50 for bad food and 1 drink.

Although we had reservation, the wait was a bit lengthy. The service was outstanding and our server was superb. He was respectful and took the time to go over the menu with us. The ambiance was spectacular as we sat outside eating our food and watching the boaters.

NO AIR CONDITIONONG AT ALL. SHAME ON THE RESTAURANT. NO BELLINIS ON THE SUNDAYS BEUNCH BUFFWTT.

UPDATE. Tried again. … Dockmaster tried charging me 50 dollars for me to park my boat, 26ft. One star remains
Gone downhill. Extremely ghetto. Dress code gone. Not what it used to be. Could not do anything less than one star otherwise I would have.

Food was excellent (5*) However, the service was completely inadequate. The empty starter plates would only be cleared away after we asked. We would also have to complain about the ice water being refilled.

Loved eating by the waterfront, food was delicious and our waiter was fast and courteous, I'm definitely coming back.

I've spent 90 minutes going through all the 1 star reviews. Somehow they rate Shooter's 4+ stars. With the bad food and horrible service, how does that add up?

*****As of today's date of 9/8/23, I have not returned nor will I return. I will also discourage my friends from celebrating anything over there since my last encounter on my bday. Your staff needs a lot of work. All good over here.
****UPDATE FOR VISIT OF 2/26/23*** SERVICE HAS GOTTEN WORST AND WORST. EACH TIME I GO BACK, THE STAFF LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINLY RUDE. EMAIL SENT TO CORPORATE REGARDING AN INDICENT OF YESTERDAY WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN!

Usually, I enjoy my time at Shooter's from the many delicious meals, drinks, live band, and beautiful view. However, on July 31st this experience changed. To start, we were greeted and seated by a woman who clearly was having a bad day. Her tone, body language and response to us regarding our request to sit outdoors was unprofessional. When I went back to the hostess regarding same, she repeated her comment in front of me and the hostess and was told that ALL 6 EMPTY tables from my view were reserved.   We waited at least 10 mins before a waitress came to offer the both of us water. Then they sat a party of 12 next to us after I had requested an outdoor table due to this new Covid Delta variant and denied. Thus, I went back to the hostess and asked for a manager. Finally, after 30 mins of just this drama, we were told someone would move us. After 10 more minutes, we were moved to an outdoor table. There, we waited at least 15 more mins to have water brought to our table. Finally, a gentleman by the name of Mitchel, assuming a manager who noticed that we had not been attended to and approached us. It was at that point that we were treated like patrons and were provided with assistance. Had it not been for Mitchel, we would not support this establishment anymore. Thus, this 5 star review is only because of Mitchel. He deserves it! He made the day enjoyable at that moment rather than the salty taste which had been left by the other staff members. PS. There were lots of empty outdoor tables in the area Mitchel was supervising. So why does Shooters hold so many of the outdoor tables on reserve/hostage when Covid is rampid now.

Thiago was great yesterday, awesome service, also of mention CJ was great on a previous visit. Your server can make or break your visit, because I've had mediocre servers but these 2 are excellent.

Every time I go it’s a great experience. The beautiful location blinds me to the sometimes SLOW service. This place is always busy and the staff is always go go go so can’t blame them. Prices are a little up there. If you want a good time for 2-3 people bring $60-$100. Burgers are amazing! Breakfast brunch has the best eggs I’ve ever had besides my own. One dish I didn’t care for and they took it off the bill no questions asked. My only complaint was my beer came after my food was already done when I asked for it with the food but that’s being knit picky. Great place to go for a good time

Had a private birthday party in room upstairs, service was unbelievable. Food was so good. Highly recommend

Very good waiting was for food very long but it was holiday weekend. Waitress very good in her service area. Pricey

Many thanks to the staff at Shooters, particularly Jerrica Miller, who helped me plan a 40th birthday for a group of 20 people. She was very communicative in the planning process and helped the party go out without a hitch! The food, service and atmosphere all contributed to a truly memorable occaision.
