14Shops, restaurants, etc. They are quite nice, in my opinion. Parking and traffic? That's a whole different situation, and sadly, not so nice.
We love this little group of shops and restaurants and always come here when we are in Jacksonville. A chic but welcoming neighborhood that feels like home every time we come here. Blue Fish is a must, especially happy hour!
Great little shopping center. Worth the time it takes to get there. Dont miss Mushroom Pizza for lunch or dinner.
Alot of places to sit down and eat either indoors or outdoors something for everyone from food to dessert or a relaxing drink you can park and walk the strip very nice
We walked around the area after having dinner last night and came back for a late breakfast today at a different place. Everything was good at both locations
Always part of our Jacksonville trip! Great small town feel right in the middle of a busy city. Amazing shops.
We ate at the Blue Fish. Chicken fried chicken was great. My wife liked her eggs Benedict. Service was a little slow but good. Only complaint was we didn't have a shade over us outside on the patio.
Love the cakes at Biscotti's. A bit pricey but delicious! Parking can be a challenge here.
The atmosphere for a romantic evening will be undeniable, but the food leave little to help make it exquisite. Just pretty on the plate, no flavor just bland food.
There's nothing like it. I've been coming here for over 30 years. I enjoy every shop and every step.

I highly recommend this as a hangout spot. You have a lot of cool stores and options here. Some of which are Jax landmarks for me. The whole spot is scenic and pretty and always smells nice. Only issue I have is parking is a nightmare
What a delightful little place. We decided to stop by on our way south and we were not disappointed. Mellow Mushroom was great as always. Parking was rough, but that has more to do with the popularity of the location.
Must admit, lived on this side of town all my life & WOW, these people r nice (now) & super friendly!
