Shoreline Towers, Destin FL

This place is great. Kind of disappointed about all the construction they had going on but we got a discount cuz of it. We had room 2103, it was clean when we walked in. The beach was great not nearly as crowded as a public. Would definitely book again after construction is over.

The dishwasher wash did not work, the garbage disposal was broken, there were bugs on the cabinet, and the dishes were nasty in the cabinet. Worst place we ever stayed as far as cleanliness and working appliances. We won't stay there again.

The pictures you see on the internet are very deceiving. Construction is everywhere elevators are taped off. # 3083 the couches are so stained up we wouldn’t even sit on them! The photos must be from 20yrs ago!

First and last time here. There is construction and most balconies are closed off. Completely blindsided. The description said balconies could be closed, which would’ve been fine but our unit is a mess. They have the patio furniture inside our unit, It’s nasty, our bed had sand all over it and dusty. We have two little kids, and one with asthma. Cleaning fee alone is $300. I can understand the construction to a point but we were not notified how bad this construction would be, and we talked to neighboring tenants with same issues. We tried to contact and come to a resolution or compromise but the host and customer service were unwilling to agree to anything.

The towers were under construction there were no heads up about the loud noise or patios being off limits. Also, our ac went out and we received no explanation on fixing it. Great trip to destin but a horrible resort!

Took 68 year old mother for her dream vacation and far from that. Condo wasn’t what it was suppose to be no balcony for her to sit on and watch 3 generations play on beach due to the fact she has to walk with cane. Spoke with office on Monday they informed me there was nothing they could do didn’t even offer a discount like they had to everyone else that was staying there. Whole place under construction which wasn’t stated on vrbo when we booked. Wasn’t made aware of construction till 2 months after we booked and they had our non-refund money. Was painting everywhere couldn’t walk thru hallways without getting paint on you even ended up with paint dripping on me. Wasn’t able to get mother out of condo much in wheelchair because they had carpet layed in hallways to catch paint. I no only one review but ask that you please consider staying somewhere else beside here. Not worth the high price for what u get.

Loved every minute here. Place was clean and everybody was so nice. Nice and easy to check in and check out. A little construction going on but that will make it even better. So close to Harbor Boardwalk as well. I will definitely be back.

The staff at Shoreline Towers were very nice and helpful! The check in process was smooth and quick! (Faster than any place I've ever stayed at). The condo we stayed in was very clean, equipped with anything we could possibly need and the views were amazing! Room #2036 The ramp all the way to the beach was just wonderful! We have a son in a wheelchair so getting him down to the beach was so easy using the ramp. The ramp access to the beach is a HUGE plus and will make us come back to stay here again for sure (PLEASE KEEP THE RAMP ACCESS) Thank you for a wonderful vacation (My first time ever coming to Destin.and we are already planning a trip for the Fall) We loved everything about our stay! Absolutely no complaints at all.

ROACHES. Shoreline towers 3074. Saw a few dead ones upon arrival but when it got dark saw at least 30 crawling throughout. Management notified at 11pm, Stormi offered to move us but due to having babies asleep decided to pack up and move in the morning. I was told management would be calling at 8-8: 15am. Never happened, so I called and spoke with Logan. He was more worried about who I spoke with and stated management doesn’t get in until 9: 30am. Did not want to move us to another room. He wanted to have an exterminator come. What a fun thing to worry about on vacation. Previous VRBO review states the place was sprayed 5/2/22 which means they knew about this problem already. Also, it had been sprayed 2 days prior to our checkin per note on the dirty counter. After Logan listened to conversation with stormi, we were moved to a nice place but cleaning standards still not up to par especially with small children. 2 days after checkin and no call from management. We will not be back or booking with Realjoy again.

Amazing location, view, great spacious condo cheaper than a 3 star hotel. Feels like home away from home.

I will say in their defense the website does state that there is construction going on. However the worker that has been drilling holes into the concrete walls beside my front door for the last 3 hours straight is a little much. It started at 8am sharp every single morning. Alot of men are outside my door where I can't even walk out of room without tripping over tools or touching the wet paint ON my door and on the rug. I would not have stayed here for free had I known just how bad this was gonna be. Also stay away from the elevator is hits the wall on the way down looks like an old service elevator not one for paying guest, zx xxXsxXzxa update.after calling to complain they sent cleaners to my room almost an hour before checkout whom entered my room without knocking while my 11 year old daughter was changing in the living room (her brother was in the bathroom.) I also called them to complain about this and nothing was done the cleaners stood outside my door the entire time until we left (on time). Took them my key as it states on their app to return to them or there is a fee. The lady then proceeded to tell she is responding to my review as I also included pictures of their tower right next door outside of my balcony which had workers also disturbing everyone. She said that building is empty while it's being worked on even though there were clearly people there on the balconies overlooking the beach not alot but definitely people there or the workers are staying there at night. Kinda thought an apology would be what I got instead of reception sending people to our room to harass us and then arguing over which picture has which building in it.

Third time staying here.my favorite spot in Destin although we did move in the middle of our stay to a different resort.because right now they're under construction and it's very inconvenient lots of dust.so I suggest waiting until the construction is done

Nice place with a beautiful view. Constantly saw dolphins swimming right off the beach in front of our condo.

We were so excited to check in. Long drive from home. We had a two bedroom condo with a great ocean/balcony view. It was just me & my husband. We arrived around 6pm. It took up a bit to navigate and find our condo & went up to floor. I punched in the code & code. Door wouldn’t open. Tried another time & a lady yelled back at me & said this room is rented. I called the front desk & they said I was supposed to be in there so I called security. Funny how the lady inside didn’t. I was trying to “break in” and I wasn’t being nice to her. I do believe she was in there doing something illegal. Security came and she gave them a name. No one knew who she was. Then then owner was called and said it was his friend and she was supposed to be there. Funny, because I was called at noon that day & was told I could check in early. The owner couldn’t get his story straight and said he was also supposed to stay there so something sketch was going on. We waited two hours in the cold until the manager from inlet reef made it right. I really appreciate her.

Excellent place to stay in Destin! Our condo was just feet from the beach.perfect Gulf view! Family friendly and had a wheelchair accessible ramp down to the beach, a huge plus for my family!
