I did a chassis delivery for these guys. I would rate 0 if I could. Because a company employee yelled at me for no reason. I haven't had this yet. Shoreside Logistics you should have a conversation with your employees about communication with people, and who help you do your business

I just recently had my 2017 Freightliner Cascadia serviced by Shoreside Logistics. To say I am pleased with the experience there, would be the understatement of the year.

I was totally satisfied with the level of quality, service, and professionalism I received from Dennis (Shop Manager) and his team. Service technicians Derrick and Tommy made sure that the work was completed as quickly and comprehensively as possible with minimal downtime.

I had a very good experience to my surprise, from the genuinely kind staff of Shoreside, which extended very clean & comfy facilities to include showers, laundry, exercise area, WiFi, lounge and office spaces. Lined up on the street 30 trucks. No check in process. Small spot. Expect to spend the day there. Call number on gate don’t wait for your turn in line because trucks coming from both directions.
