My family and I have been riding my 2000 Kawasaki ZXi 1100 every season since I bought it used in 2006. It has been garage-kept in the winter and routine maintenance provided (by me) on a regular schedule. It never let me down until the end of last season, when I fried a piston. I love this ski, so wanted to get it back on the water. Searching the internet led me to SBT, Inc. I perused their very user-friendly website and, based on my inspection of the block, pots, exhaust, crank and rods, I decided to replace the top end, including all new cylinders. I had the carbs professionally rebuilt (because I am pretty sure the piston fried due to running lean, caused by a carb malfunction) and ordered a rebuilt top end through SBT's exchange program. Contacting SBT by phone to make certain I was getting what I needed, I must say the staff was both friendly and helpful. The ordering process took just a few minutes, and the replacement top end arrived promptly. SBT took care of both ends of the shipping. It was a simple matter to return my old core via FedEX. The parts are beautifully machined, and all the necessary parts-pistons, rings, wrist pins, wrist-pin bearings, c-clips, gaskets/o-rings-are included. I will be putting the motor back together and looking forward to another twenty years of riding! SBT, Inc.is the place to go for what you need. I highly recommend!

I ordered an item from SBT that required a core return and received a call shortly after my order. The lady I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful. They got the part shipped out the same day and it arrived 3 days later. Great experience, would but from SBT again.

Order a cylinder exchange kit for my Kawasaki 1100 DI. Arrived at my house in promised time frame. The kit was perfect and painted and ready to install. Highly recommended

I did have a great customer service experience at SBT.
I contacted them via phone so I could accurately identify what I needed for my jetski pump.
The service provided over the phone was great and I was able to pay for my parts using my gift card and regular credit card without any issues.
My parts arrived almost to days earlier than the expected arrival day.
The new jet pump looks exactly the same as the OEM so I expect to have an easy installation and the jetski back in the water during the weekend.
I’ll definitely use SBT for future jetski part purchases.
