Great service on the installation of our hardwood floor. Tricky cuts at the base of two interior stone walls and a curved area where the wood floor met the tile floor look terrific. Thanks to Dave, Colt, and Alex. Outstanding job guys!

Had Doug give me a estimate on having vinyl plank installed over my existing tile and rugs, i asked him if he could do a little better on the price & he did what he could, thats going the extra mile for a customer and was much appreciated. So i decided to go with him and i am so glad i did.the install guys we're A+. Can't say enough about showplace.if you need to buy flooring or need it installed, showplace is the place.

Our new shower looks BEAUTIFUL and a great job by the installer. Our salesman "Bill" worked with us and pointed out options that suited our needs as was really easy to work with. Follow up was great and customer service was great as well. Will recommend to our friends,

My mom had a floor installed and when it came to install the transition from the tile to the wood the color was the wrong color but the installer put it down any way I have contacted them and they told me they would take care of it well 8 months later they said they have the right color but it turned out it was the wrong color when my mom which is 78 years old went to the store to make appointment for them to fix the mistake they gave her the wrong color and told her that good luck with putting it in because they are not putting it in there very rude when it comes to the repair but had no problem taking her cash she has cancer and my dad has altimeters and all they want to do is enjoy there home for what time they have I bet he wouldn’t do that to his mother

Starting small in refreshing a house. Had guest bathroom done. Days to chose tile, 3 hrs.to tear out carpet, john, smooth cement slab, cut, lay and grout tile and replace john. Awesome. Clean and tidy. The only thing that could have gone wrong would be in choosing tile I didn’t like! Next is whole house carpet and maybe some window treatments! Thank you Showplace!

They were very accomadating with our situation and time frame. Floors look amazing. I keep getting so many compliments. The owner was really great through out the process and really kept the communication. Even afterwards I had a minor issue and they called me to make sure it would be taken care of. Way overpaid for something horribly plain that I did not want. Be careful you know exactly what you are getting and not tricked into something not as nice as you think you are getting on the display. I hugely regret going with them and now hate my bathroom. They are friendly until there is a problem then too bad. The installer is professional and very good though. Too bad it was not what I thought I ordered. I was hoping for something more modern.
