2Customer service is horrible, they never return your call. They charged my card more than what was on the invoice given to me on the day they did the service, I call them to ask for an invoice to reflect the charge. On till now they have not returned my call. They are very unprofessional stay away from this company they are not worth the stress!
Be aware of the owners. Anthony Ferro one of the owners has another business called Universal Services Miami LLC. This company does fence work on commercial and personal property. Anthony came recommended by my general contractor. Based on the contractor reference I decided to award the project to Anthony and his company. Anthony took a deposit for a side door and disappear over with $800. I have called him, emailed him and texted him multiple times with no answer. I have also emailed his shred team company and I was ignored. This was over a month ago. I have also called and emailed his mom which is the one running the shred team company and I have received no answer. Please stay away from this company they will take your money and run away.
