Shuckers Waterfront Bar & Grill reviews
21I had a really great time here because of Mariah! The food was great and even better service, thank you Mariah for being so kind!
The server named Mariah W gave me the best service I’ve had since visiting! Very kind, quick and efficient. If you ever have a choice of a server, choose Mariah!
My server Mariah was a delight. She was so patient and courteous even when we was being complicated. She offered great suggestions and was so bubbly and sweet to everyone. She made the experience a 10/10.
The food was great and fresh and tasted wonderful. Everything seemed so clean as well. Would definitely return on my next vacation.
Food wise, if you are coming for the food it just good enough, this place is nice mostly for the atmosphere and for drinks on the water.
Mariah White had the best service I’ve seen in a while out of any employee. I’d recommend this place to anyone just based off the service alone
Waterfront bar and restaurants with lots of TV’s. Lobe coming here, food is great and drinks as well. A bit $$$ but worth it. Can’t beat the water views.
#1 - Don't order their oysters. Not fresh.disgusting.
#2 - speaking of disrespectful, if there is something I know, it is wine. They wanted to charge me $160 for a bottle of wine, I opted for a glass of some other wine which was fine but when I asked for the second one, our "entitled, rude waiter" bings me a completely different wine and argued it was the same. The color was even the same. Poured it out in front of them, asked for the check, paid for everything and left.
#3 - Fire the Hispanic waiter, that says "he doesn't speak Spanish" but on top of that is extremely rude, disrespectful and entitled. Can't think of his name; that is how much he sticks out in my head.
The only good thing is that the manager was nice, somehow he came to ask what I didn't like about the oysters which I was honest about, but did not waste my energy to explain the rest of the terrible experience.
Would NEVER come back.
A must go in Miami. The locals in the area and tourists absolutely love this place. Cindy, Rhoda and Ernesto did a stellar job of tending to everyone at the bar
This is a beautiful bar by the water live music and fans that spritz light water at your direction tall bar chairs on the bar real live music and great company from the staff all smiles and kindness they have a all you can drink for kids and it starts at 14 dollars this place be packed at night but never rowdy always laughs and good music good vibes
Mariah W had the absolute best personality and is by far one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Her bubbly attitude and attentiveness is enough reason to make me want to come back again!
I had Mariah as a server and she was the absolute sweetest person I’ve met in a long time! There was absolutely no issues with our drinks or food or anything and she always had a smile on her face! Absolutely loved her
I went a couple friends for dinner. Alejandro was my server, he was always on top of our table, also he is super cute! Definetly we're going back
Very bad experience, I do not recommend it, nor will I return.
We arrived at 10: 00 p.m. Because the Google and Instagram hours say they close at 12: 00 a.m, the food arrived at 10: 30 p.m. And at 10: 40 p.m. They began to sweep and tidy the tables, without even warning us that the opening hours Closing was wrong, they supposedly close at 10: 30 PM. We couldn't enjoy the food since we had less than 10 minutes to eat, before they made us have a very uncomfortable moment, since without saying it they began to close everything and sweep over us.
Although the place is very nice, we could not enjoy it.
I suggest looking elsewhere as for the high price they charge you can get far a better place to eat.
Coming here as a child, and even working here has been an experience I will never regret. Diana, Rhoda, Cindy, and Ernesto. The first two a long timer which I’ve grown to know and love. The service is impeccable, the quality is standard. Worth checking out, worth staying for.
Always a great view of the bay. The food and drinks are also great. I’d recommend the roadhouse burger over the regular one
We’re visiting for a month and stop by to have a little brunch at this restaurant. We absolutely loved it. Great bunch of people working there. The food was delicious. I definitely want to get back by there before we leave if possible. I highly recommend you visit while you’re in town.
Stopped in for drinks and appetizers. The live music and the entertainer performing made the experience absolutely worth going back for
Awful, the restrooms smells like trash, the service was horrible, 15 minutes to get a beer. They start cleaning when we were still eating still missing an hour for the closing time. The only good thing is the view.
We are staying at the best Western affiliated with Shuckers. We walked over to order food to-go. The lady at the counter barely knew English and every question we asked we received a "I don't know" we asked if the wings were hot and how many shrimp come with the coconut shrimp and she didn't know, we asked her very politely to find out and she didn't know what we were saying. The food was mediocre for the price, $15 for 6 small shrimp that was nothing even close to coconut shrimp.
The view is amazing! They are super dog friendly. The umbrellas and mist fans make the heat tolerable. Great vibe. Coconut shrimp were the best I've ever had
