Shula's Steak House, Orlando FL

Just ok. Great service, really good food, nice atmosphere, incredibly high prices, even for the service, atmosphere, and food. I knew the prices were high and expected, but I also expected more. Not much different than a filet or ribeye at any other steakhouse, v except for the quadruple price. The restaurant was difficult to find in the hotel, the parking was hard to find at the hotel, the signs were incorrect, the parking lot was so dark it was hard to see anything. Very mixed emotions. Probably would not go back.

Joe is the best waiter of all time! My family had the most special dinner with him as our waiter. He is attentive, kind and so wonderful! Thanks Joe!

Was a great experience. Service was amazing, staff was so friendly and on point with service.

Atmosphere was great. Very clean. Service was top notch. Drinks were very good. Food was mediocre at best. Steak was dry. Other sides very bland. Gladly pay top dollar for top dollar food quality but, this place wasn't it.

We always have the best experience when we come come here- Perry, Ulyana, Bash and the manager, Alex, made our night unforgettable. Please try the bacon, you won’t forget it!

Amazing restaurant and superior service and quality. Lovely atmosphere for dinner with friends or special night out.

We stopped by the bar for some dessert and drinks. The desserts were wonderful the seasonal libations were very good as well.

Unfortunately, we did see what appeared to be a German cockroach crawling around the clean glasses which was sort of a turn off. I'm sure most of the hotel/restaurants have this problem but we just happened to see it here.

Everything very good here just nothing with the food is great went in with high expectations you can pretty much go to any steakhouse and get what they serve for a lot less money

VERY GOOD SERVICE, very good ambiance, food was great not amazing. My steak was okay the sides were very good. Overall will come back when i’m in Florida again.

Incredible night here. Jason and Al took care of our table together and absolutely crushed an amazing dining experience. Would recommend you ask for them if you want the same experience.

Shula’s missed the mark. Hopefully our experience was an aberration and not their new standard. A 5 star - $$$$ needs to deliver a great meal, and excellent service, not just good. Not nitpicking here, but one shouldn’t have to ask a waiter repeatedly for something. Nor should one EVER have to send back food because it wasn’t acceptable (as in how did it make it out of the kitchen), or equally worse is when the highlight of the meal is the mashed potatoes. But the worst faux pas is if a manager gets involved, one expects that resolution (just removing the aforementioned item that wasn’t consumable from the check) to be handled correctly and not botched when the check shows up. And if it gets to that level, maybe comp a drink or something. Show you actually care about the quality. All in all, it was okay and what I would expect from a Hillstone or similar, but at this level of the game…there are too many great places to consider. And at these prices, i would need a real reason to go back.

When I ordered my food i was starving. Once I ordered I was in heaven, all the food tasted like god made it himself! The restaurant has very nice service, nice waiters, amazing food, and many more to be!

Steak and mash potatoes were excellent. Our service was only fair for this quality Steakhouse. Ice tea was not fresh brewed, never asked early about deserts that takes a half hour to prepare and we found the restaurant very noise and hard to hold a conversation across our table.

Excellent meal, world class service. Great to our kids. Joe was the best waiter we’ve ever had - hands down.

Had a great dinner sitting at the bar, Bash was my bartender/server. Bread was great, has French onion soup and their special, giant lobster tail. Bash delivered 5 star service and I’ll be back!

Excellent food and service! Joe the waiter was awesome! Super nice, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. French onion soup was great and super hot. Shrimp appetizer was awesome as was the ribeye and filet mignon.

Will definitely be back. Stop by for a great steak in your Disney vacation.

Great food and excellent service made for a magical experience. The servers were well versed in the gluten free options which made ordering a breeze for my wife. We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful steakhouse. There was no part of our experience that was not 5 star. Scott and his team attended to our every need with smiles, wonderful conversation and efficiency. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is exceptional and the service is second to none. We were provided with a delicious loaf of sourdough bread and one of us had a beer and the other a Crown & diet. We both ordered the 24oz Porterhouse medium rare with baked potato, asparagus and sauteed mushrooms. Again, everything was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious. Yes, prices are on the higher end but when you look at the big picture including atmosphere, ambiance, service and food, you are getting an incredible, delightful, experience for your money. Whenever you want to treat yourself with a great steak at a great steakhouse, Shula's is your place. Thanks again to Scott and his team for a wonderful evening!
