Great location. Roomy apartment with extra space. Plenty of closets. Full kitchen with appliances. 1 full bath and half bath. 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds. Valet personnel were extremely friendly and helpful as well as the front desk staff. Didn't use the amenities (pool, access to the beach, weight room). Walls are somewhat thin. We did have access to floats and beach towels. The only thing I didn't like was the additional need to know after you've booked the apartment.

I stayed in apartment 9E in the month of March. The apartment leaves a lot to be desired. The two armchairs in the living room were detonated, to the point that you had to sit down slowly because you were digging into the irons inside the armchair. The beds are in terrible condition, the mattresses are expired. The dressing room had little light. The en-suite bathroom near the toilet had a smell of pee, the bathroom carpet had a bad smell. In the kitchen, the oven utensils also detonated, dirty with accumulated grease, do not renew at all; I understand that many times people do not take care of things but those who do care pay the consequences of poor service. They charge 180 dollars for cleaning and it was not clean. A shame because the well-maintained apartment would be spectacular, especially with the view it has. On the other hand, the key fobs to access the beach worked when they wanted.

We had an amazing stay here. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, and it stayed nice and cool. Our host Yogesh was prompt, answered our questions, and kept us well informed.

The valet parking was excellent and the valet drivers were very professional.

Sketchy Sian. We rented a unit for 4 days and arrived to find an empty cooler can, a rotten banana atop a supposedly ‘important notice for the tenant’, and kitchen floors leaking with soiled rotted paper towel under a kitchen rug. Although the landlord came to verify the disgusting unsanitary conditions and tried to clean the unit up for us, our vacation began in chaos and disappointment. Day 2 we realize that beach chairs on the beach are not for the building so we had to lug down heavy chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the seaweed filled waters. Night 2 around 10: 45pm we went to sleep only to be awoken shortly thereafter by two people threatening to break the door down and harm us. We had to call 911 on our vacation and we’re shaking scared and couldn’t believe that some lunatics were able to get passed the ‘security and concierge’. Upon police arrival they could not find these individuals and the front desk staff had no idea why police were there. We were then informed that the front desk and valley saw these intoxicated rowdy individuals enter the building and cause chaos on our floor. We still do not know if they were tenants or residents of the building. Nobody knows how they got in. We were scared for our life with these individuals pounding on the door, trying to open it. Given these alarming events, we decided to seek alternative accommodation and now have to deal with safety incident reports and more questioning on our last few days of vacation. In summary, if you care about your safety, don’t stay here. Pay the extra few bucks and get a real hotel that had real security and amenities.

Room 8 R, The hotel was terrible! The smell is horrible and nauseating! Only 1 elevator working. The rooms are old and nasty! The shower doors are broken, no door on a bathroom! Bedroom door lock broken! An outlet exposed! No full mirror. The porch door is very hard to open! And the pool is a shame! And the valet drivers have no direction! No sleeping past 8 because of construction. The windows let all the air in and no shades, the real estate agent sergie Kaplan is dishonest and misleading. Also the appliances are in European

The apartment was nice and it has a great kitchen and the beach was ok but the building pool is very cold and the fobs are a 10 cents coin so you loose the.all the time and they charge 30 dollars per each.

Condo 8R rented out by Sergio Kaplan is dirty and unhealthy.a 5 minute walk to get to teh beach, only partial ocean view (there is another condo complex between this one and the beach front!) Host thought bringing us curtains and a Keurig would fix the uncleanliness.

Absolutely hands down the best resort my friends and I stayed this spring break and had the best time. Love the staff and the beautiful view

The best thing is the location, 50 meters from the sea, the building has a swimming pool, gym, parking, it has a wallmart 400 meters away and very close to famous shops and good prices on clothing, excellent for a vacation

First of all, I read so many reviews prior to our visit about poor staff. This was not the case at all for our trip, everyone was friendly and prompt (5/5 stars). Service elevator was not an issue for going to the beach and pool. Games room was nice but not great. Proximity to 7-Eleven and Walmart was great. Farther from Broadwalk than expected. More honking and traffic noise than expected. Pool small, shaded all afternoon but heated so great for the morning or a late afternoon swim. Proximity to beach is reasonable but expect to walk longer than expected since the neighbouring properties reserve all the beach space nearby. Playgrounds were a good 30 min walk away. Enjoyed ourselves but likely won’t be returning.

You’ll Definitely want to have a condo on the ocean view side and not towards the Hyde sky rise. 45 minutes from South Beach Miami. Staff was wonderful and aside from extra fees for key fob and valet, having both was very convenient. I would stay here again.

Great location with direct beach access, but the building does not have a designated space on the beach like the surrounding buildings. Older building, but common areas are nice. Great for families and no loud partying. Worth the price.

If you have respect for your money- spend a little more for a decent hotel.
Outdated, 40+ plus years old condo, blocked by another newer condo- no beach view, small pool without sun, not straight on the beach you need to walk. If booked through VBRO - you will never get your money back Under 14 days booking, Look somewhere else

We have stayed here 3 time and I’m comfortable doing a review. Each time that we have stayed here we have stayed in unit 15N. And each time this person on Airbnb has upgraded the unit. He (Brandon) is constantly making the place nicer to stay. There is a very nice pool with Instant access to the beach. There’s a bar and restaurant right next to the beach that’s worth a visit. The water is always warm. We did experience a little seaweed this time but is cleaned every morning. TIPS: drive and use the rear to unload (NO PARKING) but it is so useful. Full kitchen but your in Fl eat fresh fish guys. Tip valet good and they will take care of you. Bruce is the man if you need anything he can find it for you, He is a man of Local info. Front desk well, just get your fob and move on. Almost gave a 4 star for no smile, just move on from negative people. You will pay a 30.00 fob deposit. So this place is worth the run in the sun. Book it and enjoy

Loved staying here for my first ever visit to Florida. Beach assess is easy! Pool is nice and clean! The view is one I wish I could wake up to everyday. The room decor was updated, modern and super cute! The reason this review gets 3 stars is because I'm a disabled, right leg amputee and we requested a shower chair from our host, WHICH WAS NEVER PROVIDED! So imagine the lengths I had to go to just to be able to shower! It was a nightmare!
