OMG! I asked if they had an appointment for today she said yes, then ask for my insurance information and then told me no! What kind of people you have working there! My time is valuable and can’t be spending 15 on the phone for no reason. I have to aside with the other reviews!

I am so happy that Dr Sibia was the one who did the Cataract surgery on my right eye and soon he will do the left eye too. I was concern about the cataract surgery though I know its not a major surgery but when I went for a consultation with Dr Sibia I felt confident with him. He is very professional calm gentle and explains everything to the patient. His surgical coordinator and the staff who check me were great. I like to mention the amazing hygiene in his clinic where every instrument before checking me were sanitize.
I highly recommend Dr Sibia.

My moms been a patient since 2 years and have been attempting since 2 days to get her medical records from the past 2 visits sent to her new PCP. No response, impossible to do anything, but leave a voice message.
This lack of basic professionalism will ensure she never returns.
I wonder how much money this office has lost due to this lack of follow through,?

Dr. Ireland is an extraordinary, caring doc let down by abysmal reception staff. Not only are they rude to you for no apparent reason, but they'll make your experience feel like pulling teeth. Don't count on them ever doing the job right the first time.or the second time.maybe not even the third time. I had to call seven different times on four separate days just to get a bill paid. And that was only done because I spent hours going from one dead-end call to another. Do you guys not like taking money? I honestly can't comprehend it. Once again, Dr. Ireland is fantastic - make no mistake about that. She's caring and has a tremendous work ethic. One can only hope that her reception staff someday follow her lead. But I have no confidence that they will.

Dr Ireland and Dr Sibia are the best, the only reason my review is not a 5, the front desk staff who answer the phone are rude and nasty. Too bad, if I was a new patient calling, I would go somewhere else after dealing with the receptionist. Don't let them cloud your judgment cause the doctors are wonderful.

Couldn’t get in touch with them during opened hours because the closed phone recording was still on, drove 35 minutes to get to my appointment. When i get there I ask them for an estimate of how much the appointment would cost and they couldn’t tell me anything. They said I had to wait until the appointment was over? Not even a rough estimate of how much a basic eye exam cost, didn’t run my insurance didn’t do anything but tell me they had no idea so I drove all the way there for no reason, and left. Waste of my time.

Wait times with appointments very long. Patients complaining to one another. Staff very friendly.
