Sierra Karent DDS, Coral Gables FL

Karent is simply the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I broke my tooth yesterday and she saw me eventhough they were closed for the holidays, which was REALLY NICE!
1) She’s a doll! Sweetest person ever! And an incredibly talented dentist.
2) She was spectacular with the anesthesia, I barely felt it!
3) I ended up needing a crown, which usually is a long process, because most dentists give you a temporary one and then you have to go back a week or so later to get the permanent. Not Karent) she has a German machine that produces a porcelain crown in 11 MINUTES! Which means I walked out with a permanent and perfectly shaped crown.
I live in NJ and have an apt in miami, but I had such an amazing experience that I’m switching from my dentist to Karent)
Could not have had a better experience!

Karent and her start treat you like family the second you walk past those doors. They treat everyone with so much love and kindness- plus they do a pretty good job with teeth too)

The best team and the best Doctor in Miami. I had an emergency and they helped me solve it quickly and I was happy with the result! Their attention and professionalism is 10/10.

The staff and service here was amazing! From setting up the appointment to checking out, everyone was super helpful, thoughtful, attentive, and caring. I was greeted with this personal sign when I walked in, then had a seamless check in. I was offered a tour of the office when it was time to be seen, which was a really nice gesture. The appointment was great, I was offered a paraffin hand massage, lip conditioner (huge plus if you know what your lips look like during a cleaning) and nice soothing music to listen to during my routine visit. They were able to help me with insurance billing questions which is nice since I can never understand what i owe after a visit. Loved this entire experience!

Dr Karent Sierra is simply wonderful in the way she treats her patients. Her technique, her charming and reassuring comments, and her crown manufacturing technology are spectacular. This is the first time I didn't even feel the injection of anesthetic into my gums! What a special experience for me!

The staff and doctor are amazing! I had a terrible tooth ache and if it wasn't for them, I don't know what I would have done. The lady in the front desk was very patient and kind. And the doctor took her time to evaluate my x-rays to give me a proper diagnostic. I will definitely come back and recommend this practice to other friends and family.

Make sure you confirm details with your insurance and billing before hand, and in writing. They assured multiple times that cleanings and x rays were covered by my insurance. Fast forward a couple months I had to pay $$$ out of my pocket.
