Siesta Beach reviews
14Took a drive to see this high rated beach was a beautiful place, was very shocked at the 10% fee on top of sale tax that you pay at the concession stand for pretty much a piece of fish and a giant pile of fries
This beach has great parking, a good size play ground, clean restroom and plenty of seating in park area. Restaurant has amazing staff and good food.
We went for the Sandcastle Contest this day but Siesta Beach is a wonderful experience anyday! Especially since it's cooled off some and it's not killer hot during mid or *all* day. The atmospheres always great, and it was a beautiful day! We spent many hours walking around looking at the different vendors, and of course the "Sandcastles" although they're more like Sculptures and so amazing! It was busy but everyone was very curtieous of each other and anyone taking pictures. It was refreshing to see everyone being so kind and mindful of each other these days!
I have the beach 4 stars because it's ALWAYS a problem finding parking there, even in the winter because of "snowbirds". It can get very frustrating. One definite plus is that they redid the whole food situation and its in a completely different area, its WAY cleaner, and their foods really good. ESP their conch fritters! As a local, I'll of course be back asap
Love this beach. Hands down Florida’s top! Not to mention their concession stand. I got the Pina Colada and the Strawberry Dacquri. Soooo good and only $7 each.
If you love water. If you ove sand…If you love sun. I you love beach…this place is for you. Sometimes is a little bit crowded but don’t worry you will find some space for you. Personally I really like Siesta Key Beach. Always making some time to spend time there.
Stopped on our way home to Naples to check it out. It will be out next vacation and it should be your too. Cool little village vibe and the beach is the best. Very clean and well attended. Lifeguards, etc
Even has bbqs on the north end of the beach at the little covered kiosks.
Perfect!
I've never in my life been to a beach that smell like this one did. There's dead fish and green mold all over the place.
Beautiful white sand beach. Gets crowded sometimes. Parking tough when crowded. It's free parking so you can't complain. Best spot to watch the sunset.
I really liked this beach but once the sun went down my kids were playing at the playground so many rats came out while the kids were playing
Gets extremely busy very quickly. Beware of private property signs. People will put their stuff literally on top of you so be very careful. Best to come during the week, and in the early mornings. This is honestly the best beach with the clearest water that you will get on this part of Florida, but don't be fooled. This is not as good as PCB or Destin. But still a good beach to enjoy.
Beautiful sand, plenty of space even with a packed beach. Water was perfect temperature to swim in. Lifeguards all up and down the beach. Easy to find shells. Plenty of bathrooms. Only thing is they do need more handicap parking and also a way to get wheelchairs down to the water.
A wonderful experience walking on this white sandy beach. It felt almost like flour.
You could walk out and or float for about 35 yards.
Busy but not terrible. Parking is hard to find so come early. There's bathrooms, food and plenty of water accessories you can purchase if you don't bring your own. Beautiful water just wish people didn't litter.
It is so beautiful there. White sand, comfy water, amazing sunsets and all around good time. Very busy but very worth it
