Siesta Pointe Apartments, Hialeah FL

I have been trying to rent there for a while and I haven't been able to. I really like that place and I have friends there. I hope to be able to rent. I have a very good opinion of the place.

I continue to reside in this Condominium comfortably. I have no complaints from either the Office or Maintenance staff. In particular, I have always channeled my problems as a resident well, they have always been very concerned about any problem. I feel happy and calm living in that place and I want to always continue living here. I have no problem or issue to point out. Thank you.

Nice place to live. Under new management; hopefully things such as gate surveillance, parking, large pets, and noise is finally controlled!

We have lived here for several years and we have always been satisfied with the attention provided by the office team with Ms. Verónica in charge, and the maintenance team Alberto, Oliva, Leonardo and Pascual, always ready to solve any problem we have.in the apartments with excellent treatment and professionalism. Whoever gave this palce a 5 star is lieing. They are probably employees that were asked to do it. Veronica the manager has Maria Carla in the middle of everything. Poor thing has only been there a month and the manager won't even help her. They took out an extra $200 from my bank account for "legal fees" and called it rent on the receipt. I am going back aand forth with them now to try and come to some sort of resolution and Veronica told her that thats my problem. Keep you updated on what happens.
If 0 was an option that would be it. Waiting for MONTHS for maintenance and fumigation and no one has passed by

I feel very good living in Siesta Pointe. And when I have had a problem in the Apartment and I have communicated it with the Offices, the response has been quick and opportune by the Maintenance staff. The pool area and the different areas are kept clean

The entire community is a asset to the city of Hialeah. Quality living and close to everything makes this residence the ideal place to live. Very friendly and professional staff was there to answer every question. Follow up time was good also. You can feel very safe living here because there are security gates.

The resident gates have been broken for over a month! There is 1 functioning gate to enter. Also the pools have been closed since covid.

It’s upsetting cause they keep raising the rent but fixing nothing. The residents gates are all broken over two weeks already. The only one working is the gate for the visitors. The pools have been closed all summer long. The water coming through the pipes is contaminated, it comes out cloudy with a greasy film and all they say is that’s a problem for the city not them. The apartments have mold inside. You can see it on the wall and ceiling especially the bathrooms and they just say it’s the steam. You can even smell the mold coming out of the AC vents. Any fruit or vegetables I leave outside gets withered quickly. On the positive side the office ladies are very kind.

Gates are always broken. People use the Exits as Entrance. Parking is horrible, tenants don’t follow the rules and reporting it to the office does no justice!

The condominium is dirty, the pool is closed, when you call maintenance instead of change your stuff for new ones they put old stuff terrible

The Person from Maintenance did an excellent, excellent work, he knew exactly what has to be done. He Also, had a good manner.
I am very happy to be part of this Community.
