I have been buying glasses from these ladies for 10 years. Excellent service, great glasses and always friendly. I have seen them take care of many other customers and everyone was treated great.

The reviewers complaints before this one is valid. The only reason i went into this business is because my job sent me to them to get safety glasses (With a voucher from the company). I walk in the store and no ones attending the counter. No problem. After what seems like a minute, i finally here someone speaking from the back room to figure out if someone is in the front. OK, yes. You have a customer up in the front. I let her know I have a voucher and I need safety glasses. She tells me to pick frames from a particular board on the wall. During the picking of the frames, she takes a personal phone call. After I chose 2 frames, I wanted to get prices on them for progressives and reading lenses put in them to compare. I decided just to get the reading safety glasses, so that I wouldn't have to spend but $1 of my own money. Then she asked for my paper copy of the prescription for reading glasses. I asked if she could just copy it. She says a copy would cost me $3. She then said i could take a picture of the prescription copy. I'm used to sending a scanned copy to a business online in 2022, not giving the original copy. And then when I asked if I could get a receipt, she says you didn't spend any money, your company did. What does that have to do with anything? I wanted to have some sort of proof that i put in an order for glasses and that was it. But i couldn't get out of that store quick enough. I didn't say anything to her after that was said. I just left. The lady never told me her name and i didn't notice a name tag over the bad attitude i experienced throughout the visit. I would never spend any money in this place if it wasn't for the company voucher.

Whew such nasty customer service. I mean she hung up on me mid-convo. Idk how people own businesses and are THIS NASTY AND DISGUSTING. Won't be in business long i tell you that much.

BUYER BEWARE. Helen Sullivan the store employee at the Sight'N Style Optical 1403 Dunn Ave Suite#16 was very rude and condescending when I returned to pick up my prescription eyewear. Upon receiving them I asked her if they could be adjusted because they keep sliding down my nose. Helen's response was that I probably brought them in this way. She then took my eyewear in the back and returned about 3 minutes later and asked how does this fit. I was trying them on and they still were loose, she was standing over me demanding an immediate answer. My final response was "No" they still feel loose, her response was all you have to do is open your mouth and say either, "yes or no" in a very condescending manner. I politely told her dont even worry about adjusting my eyewear. I then stood up took my eyewear and politely left. I would like to say to all my friends/family and my co-workers at the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department who have Eyemed Insurance to not patronize Sight'n Style Optical

Don't know who the complainers are, but all my contacts with the shop are first rate.polite, thorough, helpful. And I am a physician who has had some significant eye problems

The lady that runs this place is rude and appears racist. She is beyond unprofessional and the sad part is the your location is in the center of 90% African American demographic makeup. I will never purchase ANYTHING from YOU.

Haven’t even gone to the place yet. The lady on the phone was so rude to me it made me change my mind so quick. All I had asked her was about appointments and she snapped back like I had offended her family.
