Very average work. We had dirt from under the run and they refused to clean it. Didn’t speak any English. They did good on the floor. Very over priced.

I strongly recommend Signature Maids for any residential or commercial cleaning services. Making the appointment with Roxsana was so easy and flexible to accommodate to my busy schedule. Dayte and Heidi from crew #4 arrived on time and did an excellent job! They are very professional and efficient. The house was absolutely spotless when they left!

Be careful giving your credit/debit card info. They charge more than once without your consent. They say one price ($125) and later charge more. Paid $185 for an hour and a half. Then they put me on hold.

I’m always traveling and I use Signature Maids to clean my parents house while i’m away. They go above and beyond for my moms house. The crews are super professional. Their customer service department is great at keeping us posted with any changes. 10/10 recommended.

I have used car #4 for years. They are very detail oriented and when done, my house smells amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Dayte and Heidy to friends and family.

I dont write many reviews but I had to express my appreciation to this company. It's really hard for me to clean around the house with my bust lifestyle and signature maids really takes a huge load off my mind. The crew's are great and the receptionist's are always sweet. (Not in a creepy way either) I highly recommend this companies services and look forward to my future cleanings.:)

I’ve hired signature maids for several house cleanings. They’ve always been on time, the crews always go above and beyond to insure satisfaction. Their customer service center keeps us posted with any updates in respectable time and manner. 10/10
Recommend signature maids.

We used signature maids 5 times to clean our condo. We loved the way our place looked the first two times. Unfortunately the last three times, we came home surprised to see how poorly they cleaned our place. Team 11 was the worst by far, i don’t really see what they did here for 2 hours. Shower was dirty, dust everywhere, fingerprints etc. We paid extra for deep cleaning but instead we got no cleaning. We will not be using signature maids again

We use this company for pool services. It's been 2 weeks since our pool was serviced. And when I called no one is available to speak with ever.

I don’t know if it was because it was a move out service but I had a service schedule from 130-2 and was informed they were running late and would come at 3-330. Then at almost 4 o’clock I got another notification they were late again and would show up at 530-6.they showed up at 7: 22pm! That is so unprofessional. 6 hours after the original schedule time. I will make sure to not use this service again.

DO NOT USE THEM, RECIEVED EMAIL CONFRIMATION WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE TO CLEAN ON SATURDAY MADE ALL KINDS OF ARRANGMENTS TO HAVE PEOPLE THERE, LET THEM IN ETC AND 2 DAYS BEFORE I GET A TEXT THAT THEY DONT WORK ON SATURDAYS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Where to begin, I’ve been using signature maid service for about a year and a half. They are good but not the best. They are good enough to pass. 2 Friday’s ago I had a cleaning one of the maids knocked my toilet valve loose. I called in about this and was told a manager will call me on Monday. Fast forward to now and still no one has called me to assist with the issue. Your maids already complain about the company not paying well enough and to be nice I always tip them $50 each because you refuse to pay them well even though the company went up on prices. I will no longer use this company because when it comes to your maids causing problems no one calls back. The service is alright and not worth my money. I’ve referred people to this company and now I’ve switched them to another cleaning company which is better and more communicative. Our business will mo longer be used here. Very unprofessional no one has called me but when it came to this company taking my payment you guys do that effortlessly.

Cleaning is basic I guess I was expecting more than something I could’ve done. They arrive late and want to charge extra for delayed services

I booked this company for a move out cleaning with an arrival window of 2-2: 30pm. They arrived early at 1: 45. They also did a good job cleaning the whole apt as well as the inside of the appliances and cabinets. The price when compared with other companies was also quite competitive. I would definitely use their service again.

I don’t respect companies who don’t respect their customers.
I scheduled for a cleaning and their arrival timeframe was 8: 30-10: 30. I took the morning off of work to meet them and let them in. At 11: 20 I called to find out if they were still coming and was told they were “stuck in traffic and 20 minutes away”.
An hour later went by, so I called to cancel my service since they still did not arrive. Shortly after my call, they rang the doorbell, I explained how I just canceled my service, so they jumped in their car and left… no one from this company had any interest in keeping my business.

I understand people can be late, timing might be off, etc.but a simple phone call to explain the delay would have been appreciated. I got none of that from these people. Very disappointed.

Hired to repair pool leak. They came out April 15th, pulled the pool lamp, epoxied, and said they’d reinstall the lamp once it dried. The lamp is still detached a week later. Initially told after inquiry they couldn’t get back to me until May 3rd…After calls, that was able to be pushed up to April 26th (5 days from now), but was advised that I could fill the pool and let my kids swim in it… Don’t Use Them.

Car 2 is the best! My house is so clean, smells amazing, and it is worth the money. Cleaning is hard an very time consuming with children and work. Having my home cleaned so we’ll just makes me so happy and my family and I feel good in a clean space. God bless car 2!
