I would not recommend working with these people to anyone! What a nightmare! I worked with Gus Martinez, and after a few days I decided I no longer wanted to sell my property. I contacted him multiple times asking to take down my property listing and he ignored my requests for days. He decided to spitefully punish me for not wanting to sell my property with him by keeping the listing up. I then emailed Ben Schachter (Gustavo's broker), he ignored me until I called him. He said someone would reach out to me and still nothing has happened. They are all ignoring me and my simple request to take down my property from the listing. None of them want to help. These people are untrustworthy and are purposefully punishing their own clients. Very disgusting and unprofessional behavior.

I would like to share my rental experience as a renter & customer.
Never in my life have I had such a horrible time with a rental property, Consuelo Peniza-Rodriguez is our liaison between the owner of the home & needs to be educated in customer service, she always has to be right & is very rude to myself & my family, "Example" since we have not been provided the owners contact info we have to deal directly with her. Myself & my wife contacted her back in January when it was 37 degrees out for a short period & advised That our heating/cooling unit stopped working. She advised us to buy a portable heater to keep warm? 2400 sq foot home yeah okay, and told us that our home didn't have heat that the owner never had heat installed. Well any educated person knows that a central/heating & cooling unit has a heating sensor in them, but not her. She argued back & forth for 2 weeks until I had to seek legal help to get the message across. Why an agency of such a high rating would employ someone with zero patience & zero customer service skills & be only concerned about the commissions is beyond me. I hope this gets the message across & customers find a better agent to deal with. Sad but very true.
