Silas Oaks Apartments, Live Oak FL

The place looks clean but every summer their swimming pool isn't open and it's always closed and the maintenance man needs a shed behind the office to put all that stuff he can't put in side that little dinky place he has in the office because it's all outside for little kids to get into. Plus I think they need to have cameras around just in case something goes bad or something happens they have video where they can show the cops what happened. But other than that it's okay.

I was inlove with them just couldn't get one, since it was during holiday and she was busy and we are from out of florida but we are thinking lf going again.

I love Silas Oaks! Its such a great community and the staff is fabulous! I am definitely happy to call it home!

Manager is very cooperative and professional. Maintenance is prompt and thorough on work order requests. Silas Oaks is truly a pleasant place to live.

I have lived here in Silas Oaks Apartments for approximately eight years and I have been very happy with my new home. When I have a problem that requires any type of maintenance, all I have to do is call the office, report it to the apartment manager, and my problem is resolved is a reasonable time frame. Because of the outstanding job of our present apartment manager Stacy Chauncey, the residents of Silas Oaks are able to live in a quiet and peaceful environment that we all can be very proud of in more ways than one. And because I am extremely satisfied and happy with my surroundings I would, and have recommend Silas Oaks Apartments to several of my family and friends. And when my renewal option comes up in a few months, I will gladly renew again for the ninth year.

I have lived at Silas Oaks four years now. The property is immaculate and quiet. Manager Stacy is always friendly and efficient in work ethics. Maintenance Manager and Porter, Jerome and Maribel are always working hard and when something needs taken care of they are 100% on top of it. I would recommend anyone I know and suggest this is a beautiful place to live. As long as I'm alive Silas will be my home.

I have lived at Silas Oaks for almost a year and absolutely LOVE IT! Stacy, Jerome and Maribel are an awesome team and go above what's required to manage and operate this community. The grounds are always kept up, Jerome goes an extra mile to make sure my apartment is operating properly (no matter what time of the day it is) and Stacy demonstrates professionalism with enthusiasm and friendly demeanor. I would recommend living at Silas Oaks to anyone looking for a home.it's truly a pleasant place to live.

I have been a resident of Silas Oaks for 3 years and blessed to serve residents as Property Manager for little over a year now. In my journey to find a place to rent. Silas Oaks was my first and only choice. Impressed with management and maintenance, as well as overall appearance of community, I knew Silas was the perfect place for my son and I to call home. The location is convenient to schools and grocery stores.also across the street is First Federal Sports Plex where my son is involved with many sport activities. The Units are spacious and display a unique floor plan with fully equipped kitchen. The community offers a swimming pool, playground, fitness center, laundry facility and car care service. The Clubhouse is available to residents for special occasions and use of business center. Community events are planned throughout the year allowing an opportunity for residents to unite and celebrate whatever the occasion may be. I am blessed to serve this community and would like to thank all the residents, the amazing maintenance staff and encouraging Corporate leaders for diligently assisting me in managing a peaceful, safe and lovely place to live in Live Oak.

My family and I have lived in silas oaks since 2008. We love our home here. We are raising our 3 boys here and feel very safe here. The staff is amazing. They treat u like family and are there when u need them. The whole community here is the same way. We all watch out for each other. My boys love the playground and the pool. And we enjoy our birthdays in the clubhouse. We look forward to many more years here.

We love living here at Silas Oaks! It is such a nice place to be, its very family friendly and the management couldn't be better. She is always making sure that anything we need done around the house or even around the complex gets done in a timely manner. Its the perfect place to live here in live oak, so quiet and clean Living here i always feel safe and sound in my home and i wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Me and my wife have lived here for over a year now and we love it. Its a very safe and quiet place to live. These apartments are always well kept with with a nice manager and maintenance. Is very kid and fur kid friendly, and during the summer my wife enjoys the nice clean pool. This is a great community to live in and i don't think you can get what we have here anywhere else in live live oak or even the surrounding areas. Quiet, clean, Great Management. 5 star

Love Silas Oaks! This is the first apartment I have ever lived in. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is very helpful and friendly. These are definitely the best apartments in town and you can't beat the location.
