BEWARE BUYER'S! PLEASE DON'T USE A BANK CARD, DEBT CARD, CREDIT CARD AT THIS PLACE. I BELIEVE I WAS TARGETED BY THE OWNERS SON (30 SOMETHING). HE RAN TO THE FRONT TO RING MY PURCHASES. I USED MY DEBT CARD. HE STOOD OVER ME AS I TYPED MY PIN NUMBER. THE KEY PAD WAS ABOVE ME AND COULDN'T BE MOVED. I THINK HE HAS A CARD READER. I LEFT THERE WENT STRAIGHT HOME. 30 MINUTES AFTER I GOT HOME MY APP NOTF. ME THAT THERE WAS A TRANSACTION ON MY CARD FOR $1,400.00 AT THE BANK OF AMERICA. I'M STILL FIGHTING WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I'M TOTALLY DEVASTATED. I LIVE ON MY GOVN. CK. THAT WAS ALL I HAD. SO IVE SPENT THE MONTH OF JULY BROKE. I DON'T GET OUT AND GO PLACES BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC. NOW PEOPLE HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING ROBBED JUST TRYING TO BUY HAIR BANDS. SICK SICK SICK!

All kinds of beauty supplies. Everything I was looking for and some. I went in with hair toner on my mind and I found exactly what I was looking for and came out with much more! Lol

As far as the wigs, not a good collection. However, they have alot of hair products every brand.

I love this store. They have a great selection and their prices are fair. Lots of makeup too which I find that other beauty supply stores lack in.

I love this hair store, they have everything you need, INCLUDING a hair salon inside of the store. I have bought many packs of hair, makeup items, body jewelry and beauty utensils here and I have also had my hair done by Dee in the hair salon.
The workers are always super nice and quick.

This beautiful supply store has alot to chose from. And the employees have great customer service skills.

If you need a wig or supplies for one, this is the place to be. The staff is very helpful and the selection is amazing. Prices are good even for full human hair wigs.

The store itself has wverything to offer for your beauty needs but the only hiccup was the stylist in the back of the store made like she forgot that she told me to come back to get my hair styled and made excuses as to why she couldn't do my hair at the time she told me to come in.

Bad customer service in hair/wig dept. I would give no stars if i could. You want our money but don't respect the pple. I came in knew where a wig was and prepared to buy. The lady comes over says I saw you digging. Just get the mannequin and I will find the wig. I proceed to say the wig I chose is not on a mannequin. She starts getting an attitude and even sucked her teeth. Work on your customer service skills. You come to me with an attitude and I will give you an attitude. I came from Tarpon Springs to visit but You will not get my money anymore.

Such variety but I felt like I was being watched. Not cool make your customers feel comfortable.

I love this beauty supply store because I find what I am looking for and more. The staff is always pleasant! I appreciate all the positive energy!

This store has a secret most beauty supply stores don't. They have two lovely stylist in the back that service both genders and all ethnics The stylist are considerate of your time by scheduling your appointments. You are rarely kept waiting. The store even provides a small discount if your purchase is used at the time of your servicing. This store is the largest of it's kind that is located within a reasonable drive from Clearwater/Indian Rock beaches.

I haven't returned to this establishment for quite some time. And I like it that way. The last time I was there the manager's disrespectful daughter chose to cop a punk-a$$ attitude. I called her out on that bullsh! T, by stating, "Have some respect! I'm a customer and asked a question. Treat me like a human being. " Her mother scolded hurt when she noticed my disgust. BUT, too little too late. So much for stereotypes and Asian people being Poster Children of Respect and Honor. #sarcasm

I was reluctant to try this place after the other reviews since I'm a stickler for good service.
I was so pleasantly surprised. The service was incredible and the lady who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back there.

This beauty supply store is a good place to get what you need. The staff was very helpful and didnt hound me throughout the store will go back soon

I love this store. I have bought many wigs here as well as extensions. The staff is always nice and helpful. They also like my husband since he buys things for me. I haven't been there in a while but I will be stopping in tomorrow.

Last time I came here the service was fantastic and I left with over $300 in extensions. I decided it was a good place to go back for cosplay wigs and got watched like a hawk. I didnt have a purse or any decent pockets. I was just walking around the wigs and she literally stood within feet of me watching me. I turned and asked her if she was just going to stand there and watch me and she responded with "basically, ya. " Are you kidding me? I left immediately. That's just blatantly disrespectful.

The Chinese man is sooo rude
They are always complaining
And they are so rude they just stare at u

Huge selection & good prices. Nice owners & employees & the little salon in the back is where I get hair done!
