Thank you to all the people who recently exposed this used car lot. I saw a
Porsche online that seemed well priced and clean. After reading all the many reviews of deceptive business practices, lemons, refusals to fix or honor the 30 day policy I didn’t even inquire about the car no less go to the dealership and see it.

It’s forums and HONEST reviewers like all of you that help protect the many from being Ripped off. We all know that many of these dealerships offer money or have employees write phony reviews. You can tell those from the Real reviews pretty easy at least to me. I’ve never heard of this dealership so your honest reviews helped me and I’m sure many others avoid this dealer completely.

I liked the analogy about the movie Matilda which is based on so many of the same complaints In sure it is.

Nothing wrong with people making an HONEST living but unfortunately the Car buying “Experience” has become a Very difficult process to navigate with so many dealers and salespeople lying. They overcharge, price gouge, underpay for trade in’s and ignore facts that aren’t to the favor.

Just vote with your Wallets and say NO. There ALWAYS another car. I’d Highly recommend Car Edge for anyone who wants to learn how to safely buy a car and avoid dealerships like this one.

Ever seen the movie Matilda? Her dad’s auto shop is exactly what this place is like! Stay as far away as possible! These guys sell lemons and lie to customers about what they’re getting. Just horrible.

Unfortunately this business has a dishonest and deceptive practices and represents everything you fear at a used car sales place. They sold me a car and promised there were no issues, and 10 minutes after driving off the lot, there were 3 dashboard lights on.

I immediately called Jon, the sales director and he said he’d fix it. Fair enough. Except I took it to a mechanic and they confirmed that Jon’s team intentionally hid the lights because the problems were so glaringly obvious and expensive, costing over $7k in repairs.

Jon promised me to fix the car — it’s been 4 weeks and we’ve taken the car to his dealership twice and he refused to fix it. Siting he’s busy, it’s the holidays, he can’t find a mechanic, etc.

At that point he said he’d put a lien on the car if I didn’t fix it with him, in order to avoid me asking for a refund.

The 30 day warranty isn’t real. They’ll
Try everything to avoid fixing the car or providing a refund.

I now have a case open with the BBB because of the deceitful practices.

Wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Very pleasant salesman John but what I cannot understand is their pricing structure.
John said that the price listed on CarGurus ($21488) was the price AFTER the downpayment (@3000 approx). So when it comes to price at the dealership, they added the $3k to the listed price. He said all dealers do that but I beg to differ.
Car was very nice and I would have bought it if it were not for this misrepresentation. I expect to pay the listed price or less not MORE! Quite disappointing

Not the place i would recomend to any one. Stay as far away as humanly possible. They will rip you off if given the chance. It was 100% Silva Auto sales. John is a terrible human being with no integrity. Stay away at all costs.

Never buy a car from these crooks who lie and take no responsibility what so ever. Bought a car with a broken gearbox and was not allowed to return it or get it fixed even though the fault was there the same day we picked it up. They lied and said guarantee was included. Why buy from a car dealer, doesn’t make sense. Hope they never sell a car again.

Stay away from this dealership at all cost.
