First day here, but so far we are loving it. Pools look great. It's close to everything. Nice place. Nice people. Very accommodating.

We spent 2 nights at this resort and it was amazing. The team members (front desk, housekeeping, security, maintenance) were outstanding. We stayed in the 1700 building and found it immaculate. The pool area is fun with games and a wonderful Cabana bar. The location could not be better, the back entrance is adjacent to Disney parks/Springs property.

We just got home our fort room had cockroaches in it. So they said they moved me to another room upgraded. It also had cockroaches not WATER BUGS.not BIG FLIERS. Nasty roaches. The staff was nice, the store and cooked small items was worse than dog food. The other guests were very ghetto to say the least. So it really messed with the atmosphere. Pools great. But we had wasted so much time complaining at the front desk that half out vacation was gone moving and at the front desk. The front desk closed early every night, the outdoor cafe closed early every night so we had to order out or travel for food. I tried my best to convey how displeased I was to give them PLENTY OF TIME to make it up to me. But they only changed my room to a higher one because none at my level were still available. If the room I moved to had roaches too it makes no difference. GROSS PRICE TO HUGH TO HAVE THIS ISSUE. Also got bitten by fire ants on both my feet when I was at the pool. My feet STILL ITCH!

BED BUGS.
I spent 3 nights in a Queen bed room in the 900 building over Labor Day weekend 2021. The day I returned home I began to notice multiple bite marks across torso, upper arms & legs. The Resort Staff, Jazmine at the Front Desk and Melissa, Manager, were (I really cannot stress this enough) dismissive from the very first moment. Of course, the resort says there is “no evidence” of bedbugs. They never even so much as asked which bed I had slept in. I saw my PCP early this morning (Tuesday after Labor Day) who agreed and documented the bites as such. The Management of this resort never wanted to do anything other than dispute the validity of my report, they had no intention of making things right and that can leave a person feeling like they must be used to this sort of report.

It really depends on where you're staying on the property. Some of the timeshares are older, have a 3 story walk up, and my mother-in-law is handicapped. If you're in a similar situation just make sure to mention that to the staff when you check in. Theyll try to accommodate you. If you're in one of the newer buildings there are elevators. Overall the accommodations are clean and well maintained. And there's a cool pool bar where you can buy drinks and food.

Silver lake resorts was beautiful. The pools were great, the whole place was clean. The staff was super nice. The young lady that check me in was amazing my room wasn't ready but she found me one that was ready. The food at the mini Market was delicious. We have breakfast lunch and dinner there. Very delicious. My rooms were amazing. I loved it. Loved it loved it. Would definitely go back there again.

Silver lake is a beautiful hotel, perfect for a getaway. The rooms were clean and friendly staff. Their breakfast outlet sold your typical breakfast items with affordable pricing.

The security at the entrance post was good, however, there was a few times where my husband and I saw vehicles coming in from the exit because no person was at the exit.

The pool was big and spacious. There are approximately 4 pools for all guest.

I was assigned to building 800 room 8101a, a 1st-floor unit with 6 air conditioning units located directly in front of the living room windows. The sound of the a/c units made it difficult to sit out on the patio to enjoy the pond view because of the loud humming noise. We could even hear the units from inside the condo at bedtime. To the left of the patio were another set of 5 a/c units. Also, the view of the pond was obstructed by low-hanging tree branches/leaves in front of the black chain link fence located directly in front of the patio (trees could use a trim to improve the view).

The hotel itself is nice. They push timeshare sales called "Orientation". The sales manager was especially bad and blackmailed me. I wish I could have my precious vacation time back. It is the worst.

Very Nice Resort, I been here like four times. It's next to some restaurants and stores. This place just need to be brought, back to the 2000's

My wife and I stayed here for a trip to Orlando. This place definitely has its Pros and Cons, and the experience is hit or miss. I'll list the Pros and Cons below.

Pros:
> Pool/Hot Tub opened very late
> Lots of entertainment amenities for Kids (Movie Theatre, Gaming Area, etc)
> Security at the front gate
> Parking isnt an issue
> Very spacious rooms, with washer and dryer and kitchenette

Cons:
> If you're staying at the new building, 1900, it's incredibly tedious and annoying to walk anywhere. The pool, amenities, and everywhere is far and there isn't any paths. You don't want to walk behind the buildings because there's a massive swamp directly it, with no fencing, and you know. Florida and Gators.
> They have no food services other than a small deli. The cooks are great, but options incredibly limited. The book says they close at 10, but every night they were closing at 8 and they stopped cooking at 7. Incredibly frustrating. I've never been to a resort with such limited food options.
> Front desk staff are hit or miss. Called down a few times for some info, and one person I got was rude.
> Security doesn't really check who you are. When we first got there they looked at us, and said have a nice day. The next time they said what room, we gave them the room and they said cool and waived us in. They didn't actually checked anything.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and spacious and the best and pillows were exactly what we needed! Really big pool with combana bar and grill. They also have a theater with a virtual golf game. We will be back!

Small resort, friendly staff.
Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Grocery store is nearby.
Enjoy the balcony, jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and soft bed. There's several pools, tennis courts, basketball court, movie theater, and game room. You can buy discounted tickets to nearby parks. The airport is less than 30 miles away.

My husband and I recently stayed at Silver Lake Resort, it was a nice stay. The resort is simplistic but clean, great location, and the activities were fun. I wish they played Bingo longer. We played Bingo for about 15 minutes when on the Activity schedule it was scheduled for 30 minutes. The staff was friendly which is a plus.
