Silver Springs State Park reviews
15The glass bottom boats were lots of fun and enjoyable. And if you wanted to rent kayaks or stand up paddle boarding was also available. There are hiking trails as well if you chose to walk and see the nature.
Moneys were removed a month ago and there still saying they are there and not to feed them…. Now I know why we did not see them.
Very misleading and actually fraudulent!
Absolutely beautiful! So much wildlife, a dream come true for a plant and animal geek like myself!
It's nice to see this place preserved as much as possible. It's sad to hear all the traffic so close to the springs for the convenience of man
An absolutely gorgeous place to visit. I visit here often and it never fails to impress. Unfortunately, once that state parks took it over, it would never be kept up the way it was in its hay day. Still nonetheless, the spring continues to be impressive.
Cool place to go.and don't forget the place across the street the pizza restaurant best ever
Absolutely beautiful park, very well maintained and friendly staff. My favorite boat captain now works in the discovery center. So, if you have time, stop and see Oscar.
One of the best State Parks I've stayed at. We were in lot 42 near the showers, which was extremely clean. All around a fantastic location and park.
First time as an adult! Enjoyed the boat ride and the tour guide Captain Robbie was knowledgeable and friendly. Springs were beautiful.
Park is beautiful. State is renovating alot of the park. It will back to its glory very soon within weeks I was told.
One of my favorite places in Ocala, if you are visiting and you like quiet and secluded places you should visit it. You should know that it has two parts. One where you will find most of the attractions Like the ferry, sale of souvenirs and others. The other part is almost entirely forest. It has quite an interesting museum. Go, don't miss it.
What a beautiful place… We’re blessed to only live 15 minutes away, and we also realize every time we go that we don’t go often enough. We rented a couple of kayaks, paddle down the river around the loop, it was great saw a collection of monkeys as well.
This was my first visit, and this was a wonderful experience. Bill, the captain on the boat, was brilliant and comical. I think that you are paying alot considering that the park offers so little. But still I enjoyed it.
This place is amazing! I definitely recommend the glass boat tour! Also the food truck is really good too.
Amazing experience! Didn't get to explore the hike as we arrived late. But glass boat tour was awesome and kayaking in rain was wonderful. Clear waters were so freaking clear
