The attention of Dr. Silvia Romero and all the staff that works here is excellent, in all the times that I have attended for my consultations, blood sample collection, and treatment application, I have been well attended, very grateful to all of you.
The staff is always attentive and on top of things. Cheerful Pleasant polite very professional.
I love my Dr Ramero, everyone is very nice and polite. The Dr listen to you and cares about how you are doing
The Front Desk People, The Intake And The Nurses Are Always So Nice and Pleasant, I love their service, But the wait from appointment time, til time to actually see the Dr. And even their assistant who comes first, leaves a whole lot to be desired. 2-3 hrs. Is overkill. I realize that a lot of people are sick and they have lots of clients but they need to revisit their schedule system
I'm sorry. The Doctor Was Fine
Well to start off with it’s not my last visit I’m not finished with treatment until October 5th but I’ve had a amazing people and awsome support everyone from the moment of check in all the way thru treatment everyone is so amazing and caring even the guy that gives us snack and blankets he is outstanding the billing department on the other hand isn’t so good and they don’t smile and not friendly and one minute you pay a copay and the next you don’t then you end up with a big bill not sure what happens but not to pleased with that department I also have kept copies of my copay that I pay cause I just go ahead and pay regardless
Always a friendly place to go. They are never on time for your appointment though. Always running late. I guess with folks having cancer you have to expect that.
My appointment was delayed 22 minutes to see the financial department I have been coming here for over three years and have always paid immediately. I was upset about this unnecessary delay
