I loved it. Being able to go on a Saturday was hreat because bo work time was lost. The staff was very professional, but friendly. And I had my procedure done quickly. Which gave me time to enjoy the rest of my day.

This is my second time at this office and I will continue to come here as long as I need imaging done. Everyone is always so kind and reassuring here! They're efficient without making you feel rushed.

I came to SimonMed for my 1st mammogram and I was very nervous but the woman who conducted the procedure made me feel very comfortable and she explained exactly what to expect. The entire process was easier than expected.

There was plenty of convenient parking close to the building. I waited in the lobby 4 minutes before I was called. My tech was knowledgeable and very caring. I recommend this facility over all others in Tampa I’ve been too.

My wife had two MRIs performed at the 14302 Bruce B. Downs location on 2/9/23. At the time, the front desk staff "estimated" the insurance co-pay would be $488.12. However, the actual co-pay was $444.92, based on an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) provided by the insurer on 3/24/23, which meant that we overpaid by $43.70 and were entitled to a refund of this amount. However, despite numerous email and telephone communications with SimonMed Customer Service over the past several months, the company has failed to provide us with a refund. Given that more than than three months has elapsed since the MRIs took place and more than seven weeks has elapsed since the EOB was issued, a reasonable person might conclude that this entire episode reflects either systemic incompetence or some sort of illicit strategy. Whatever the reason, it's a case of "buyer beware" when dealing with this private equity-owned business.

I can't say enough about the staff at the Bruce B Downs location. The ultrasound tech and the man working the desk in the front (really wish I would have caught their names) were so pleasant and really made this a great experience. They definetly deserve to be recognized for being so great every step of the way. Highly recommend this office if you need imagining done!

Awesome customer service. Every step of the way everybody was super attentive and knowledgeable. I especially want to say thank you to Marelin and Vincent for being so kind and helpful. I recommend this place.

Had my first ever CCTA done here and Vincent was my tech. I didn't know what to expect but he made me feel extremely comfortable and made the whole process quick and easy. The facility is clean, no wait time, and lots of parking in the back. Will definitely be back here if I am in need of any imaging in the future!

The Bruce B Downs center ROCKS, the service is always excellent. The staff are professional, friendly and easy going. Check in was a breeze and my ultrasound tech was amazing. However, scheduling is such a hot mess! That area definitely needs much improvement, some outsourcing can be more costly.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Sherri, the tech, was excellent. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained each part of the process, how it worked and what to expect. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend SimonMed.

First non scheduled time went well. Went in 30 minutes before close at the request of my Dr. Due to some abdominal pain. The front desk was very polite and Vincent got me in and out quickly and was very kind. I made a mistake on my paper work and he fixed it with no judgement. He made me feel very comfortable.

Second, scheduled visit not so much. It was scheduled so one would think would be just as quick as the walk in visit. If you thought that you would be wrong. Not only did I wait over an out and a half but every single person that came after me was seen before me. Someone came out at some point to ask me what hurt and I had to explain why I was there and then sat longer. When I asked after an hour and a half how much longer it would be I was told I know. Then 15 minutes later someone came out and told me the order was wrong and they were working on it. If I ever have another doctor want to send me here

Appointment easy, no lengthy wait time, everyone very nice. Friday/tomorrow is a week and I've not received results of CT scan. With headaches and being dizzy it's scary not knowing why. My Dr office hasn't received them and I tried calling there but message said their closed even though website says open til 5.

This is my second visit to SimonMed and I am still impressed by the service I have received. Everyone, from the front desk to the radiology staff, is professional and welcoming, and so helpful. Wait time is minmal, the facility is clean, and it seems the fee for services is more reasonable than other offices. I highly recommend SimonMed for all radiology needs.

II went to the office in bruce b fiends because I’m claustrophobic and they were the only ones with an Open MRI, It was a terrible experience! The machine was broke my appointment was at 2: 30 and I didn’t get seen till 4: 30, They did one imagine fine but my second one wasn’t successful due to the machine being broken I was trying so hard not to panic! I was in there for almost 1 hour and half! The staff was very nice though! They made me feel comfortable and also apologized for the machine being broken!
