The people working there were extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure getting an MRI there.

Terrible images wernt done correctly and now I have to have them redone. Never do a mri or arthrogram here. Tech didn't get dye in the joint despite poking me 6x over 40mins and put the dye in the wrong place and called it a day without telling me she didn't get it. Mri was too grainy for dr to read

Had no issue really… got there early a little snag at reception but solved in seconds…Tec for the procedure was very professional…

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Especially Maritza the Tech assistant, she walked me through the process and made sure I had all my questions answered. SimonMed staff is the best

I’d like to compliment Tai, Vanessa, Mindy and Alexis on the excellent customer service shown to me during an anxiety provoking procedure. They demonstrated kindness, caring and gentleness. These staff members are excellent assets to Simon Imaging in Kissimmee!

During checking they just tell you to go back and change into a gown. They didnt say it needet to be open in front or back. They didnt say where to put cothes or if there were any lockers.

All workers here assume you speak spanish. Even when you address them in english they answer in spanish. This is a bit rude. I was told we are in Kissimmee. Last time I checked, Kissimmee is in USA. Perhaps they should ask what language is preferred. Just a thought.

Everything was fine upon arrival, check in earlier, super good. I must comment BEWARE. Minus the lack of empathy and kindness of the technician who performed the mammogram on me.

Had my mammogram there and I was in an out within 30 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. Would recommend Simon Med Imaging to all.

I had an appointment on Friday, September 15, and Angy treated me very kindly. It was a study that had a two-part process at different times and she was with me helping me, serving as a translator and giving emotional support making me feel calmer. I am very grateful for all the help you gave me. Staff like her are very helpful. GOD BLESS HER. Thank you

The wait was short and the service was very good. But in the waiting room we are very close to each other. More space is required.

The gentleman who checked me tried to inform I didn’t need to do the exams. Had him confirm with the ordering doctor about his confusion. He informed me to sit and it was taken care of. 1: 10 arrival 1: 30 appt time 1: 50 not called. Ask at the desk was asked who checked me in then I escorted to the back. Tech asked for my papers none to be found she had to get the sheet and fill it in before doing the exam. Very frustrating and sad to see his fellow coworkers laughing during my interaction with this individual. God bless this office as it shows it needs prayers

Excellent service. Do not wait more than 30 minutes for x-rays. Everything in order and very friendly, especially the technique.

The front desk never answers their phone. The call gets transferred to an online scheduler, spoke to 5 reps that kept putting me on hold then dropping the calls. Very frustrating when you have to be on your phone for over 3hr trying to get a Technician on the phone to answer my questions.

Front desk staff very rude. Checking in online as instructed is pointless, don't waste your time. Xray technician was very nice as well as the sonographer. She took the time to answer my questions and was very informative.
