SimonMed Imaging - Altamonte III, Altamonte Springs FL

Becky was amazing with my IV and scans and very knowledgeable and kind. Joe was great with my CT scan and walked me though the process. Both made me feel comfortable. Mabel and the other woman with the long black hair were super helpful at the reception area. Great experience on a stressful day.

The staff was very nice and very polite as well as gentle with me. There professional attitude was wonderful and I thank them for everything.

I haven't visited yet, so don't know how to rate that.
But, I have been that many times and I schedule on line; it's a good place.
They take care of their Patients well and are very Patient themselves.

Technician was helpful and understanding especially when doing breast exams. Rooms were warm and accommodating gel was room temperature. Everything to help you deal with the exam.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. The wait was according to the appointment; no more than 10 minutes. Excellent location and very spacious and comfortable facilities.

Front desk staff was kind and welcoming, so my experience started off positive. The lady that took me in the back for my mammogram was, however, not very friendly. She called my name in the waiting room. I stood up and said "Hello, how are you? ". She did not respond and turned around as we walked to the back. She wasn't "mean". But she seemed to really dislike her job. It was very apparent that she did not want to be there. At the end she said, "You are done, your doctor will get the results in a week. " Did not say goodbye or anything. Unfortunately, because of this employee, I will not be back to Simon Imaging and I will pass the word on to chose another location if given the choice. Having a mammogram is uncomfortable to begin with.and to have a grumpy employee to get you through this process on top of it, was quite disappointing. I encourage the management to address this behavior. Maybe it's not the right job for this staff member.

Staff is very friendly. Sidika was my technician. Very kind. Explained things to me as she did them. Quick and thorough

Punctual. Friendly and professional staff. MRI Tech made sure I was the most comfortable possible during the tests. Always a great experience at SimonMed Imaging Altamonte Springs.

I waited an hour as people came and went, only because I said I've been sitting here an hour with everyone passing me coming and going. I was very upset. I first was sent to another place and had to leave because they didn't have an ultrasound machine. I had to travel 15 miles to Altamonte. Florida to have procedure. There needs to be somebody there just for verifying insurance and coordinating with Dr. Office and have all info ready by the time you make the appointment. I was treated rudely. The girl made comments, which I had no intention of engaging in an argument with her. After the hour I walked out and my daughter came to the car and said, please come back they'll take care of you. And I wasn't disrespectful to anyone. But they were not happy about it and didn't speak to me. I didn't get a pillow laying flat. I got home my legs were full of the gel. The tech just threw the towel and walked out. I was literally treated like a dog. Sorry and thank you

I had a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and my technician Siaika was amazing. She was so kind and helpful.

It was a nice clean place and the upfront staff is nice however when I was called back for my ultrasound ther person barely said anything to us just did their job and we really didn't get to see much of our baby at all because she had the screen turned to her most of the time and there was no TV in the room to project to. This is my 3rd baby and I have wonder pictured of the other 2 this place only printed me one picture of my baby's back where it's just a blob and not even in focus. She took better images for her measurements but didn't print any of those for us. It was a horrible pregnancy scan and left me not wanting to come back for my 20 week anatomy scan.

Scheduling was great and front desk clerk was very professional and calm even though my appt ran 2 hours behind

I had to not so great experiences with SimonMed yesterday. First, I showed up at a morning appointment only to find out they did not have the right machine for the doctors script. This is something they should have known before scheduling the appointment. So, I was rescheduled to another location That evening. I got a text that my appointment had been delayed, but even when I arrived 30 minutes later, I was told there was yet another one hour delay. Actually, I had to wait two hours and 15 minutes for the MRI at the new location.

Have had a couple u/s's done by Sidika and she is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She is the reason I come to your location.
