Warning Moms, dads, and guardians! You should stay away from this insurance if your child may have or develop any type of illness or in need of developmental care. It is very hard to find a specialist, even with the help from the insurance and Simply also denies a lot of services. I dislike this insurance so much and regret it for my child. Expect no compassion from within the company. In my opinion, they just don't care. I was unsuccessful in getting an ENT, Neurologist, and more. Never would I ever put my child on this insurance and really hate to see any other parent go through what I'd experienced. It's really heartbreaking.

They refuse to update addresses, doctors, and phone numbers without contacting the giver first, but even with proof that the government has already accepted and updated the changes months ago they refuse. EVERY TIME. I can’t believe he level of incompetence

I’d LOVE to know why you’re still rejecting my 8 year olds sugar checking equipment and supplies as it could mean the difference between knowing if she needs an ambulance called immediately or if we’re safe to try and fix it at home ourselves. If anything happens to my child because you people are dragging your feet, even if it’s just more hospital visits, but ESPECIALLY if something happens to her, we will be holding YOU legally RESPONSIBLE! I want this handled and remedied immediately or I’m contacting an Attorney to see if they’ll take the case! It’s ridiculous! It’s been like 2 weeks and I have continued to keep in contact with both the endocrinologist AND pharmacy! FIX IT!

UPDATE: it’s been working on 2 months now and STILL rejecting her medical needs/prescription from her endocrinologist! Considering getting an attorney. Below zero stars. Worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company.

Called me this morning to Harass me about a the only two questionnaires Ive answered in 5 years about depression. Tried growing on it asking if I need a counselor. Justvloke a good ole government none helping worker. I have no record of violence what so ever. Whatva waste of tax payers money.

Horrible customer service misleading and don't listen to the insurance holder from the reps to the supervisor was told one thing that I was entitled to only to find out 7 weeks later I am not entitled to whem speaking to a supervisor Maria or Mariie she would not let me speak kept talking over me like I was not telling the truth as to what I was told I suggest anyone who has Simply Healthcare run to another insurance policy I cam see why they have a 2 % rating on their reviews shame on them

I am extremely disappointed with the kind of services Simply Healthcare provides for the elderly. The Benefits Prepaid Card customer service is terrible, no communications with the elderly, terrible for online to check balance on your card. Terrible so dissappointed. I have to use it only at walmart for groceries the benefits card of Simply which is very difficult for elderly.

The worst company, lousy service, they do not pay the doctors, therefore the doctors give up treating you and starting with a new doctor is a whole process that lasts at least a month, since when you are a new patient it takes time for them to take care of you, they play with your health, not only physical but also mental, since it is too frustrating to go from one place to another and not to mention that every time you are forced to change your doctor it is further from your area, it is a company that should definitely be sued at some point to that comply with the patient and with the doctors

Have had Simply for over five years. Never had a problem with them. I get a $57 otc benefit every month, all my prescriptions are paid for, I can get glasses almost every year, I got hearing aids and dental coverage. We gave no problems finding doctors and I just had a hospital stay that was 100% covered. I'd give them a 10 star rating.

Horrible service for Medicaid recipients. Many different providers won't accept nothing but the simply medicare. The members service physicians are outdated

This insurance is great if you never get sick. I have a primary ARPN, because MD s do not take it or have appointments 6 months out. But if you ever need a specialist then good luck. I was in the emergency room due to kidney stone, turned I also had a kidney infection and was admitted for 3 days into hospital. Was told to follow up with urologist that saw me cause I needed kidney surgery. When I tried he did not take my insurance, called 5 pages from directory (in the simply plan) and no one took the plan. The doctor from the EM was even on that list. I called simply, a representative stated she would send me the most updated list. When I looked at it, it was the same one I was using. She kept insisting that those are accurate. Then finally, she said she would submit to a higher level and someone would call me back to assist. This was 7 days ago. They offer many services, but that doesn’t help if no one takes their plan.

The Worst company to work with. Most of the doctors on their list are no longer with Simply Healthcare, or they Will Not work with Simply anymore or the doctors they give me are 20 miles away from me. I'm paying for an advantage plan that was supposed to be great. It's terrible. Find a different compamy.

Honest review! I love simply health, don't understand what all the negative reviews are about but so far they have covered all my medical needs including medication, tooth extractions, implants, vision test, glasses, plus they also bless me with 150$ to use on healthy groceries monthly. What more do you want from an insurance company there doing exactly what an insurance company is supposed to do.

This insurance sucks! You can get anything with this. My daughter broke her leg and needed a wheelchair and was told simply would cover it. Called every medical supply store noone takes simply at all
