Worked with Taylor this afternoon to set up the new lease and she was wonderful and very helpful! Walked me through the lease and showed me how to open the gate automatically. I appreciate good customer service and she nailed it! Thanks Taylor!

I have been a customer for over 2 years now. I recently needed to upgrade to a larger unit. It was a last minute move. I had alot of questions and requests.
The manager was awesome. She walked with me to an available unit and gave me suggestions on how to pack the unit to maximize my space. She literally went above and beyond to ensure I had the most space for the best price. Staff is just as knowledgeable and helpful. Also, property stays clean.

We are returning customers and won’t go anywhere else. Ms. Collete is always courteous and kind and we appreciate the amenities this facility has.

From the moment I got on the call, she greeted me & had a genuine desire to assist me. Very nice atmosphere, very clean. Lupe was very helpful, friendly and polite. And all the employees were very friendly and very welcoming.

I ran into some issues with my reservation and after a few phone calls to simply self storage. Taylor, Linda and Justin were able to help us out with our storage unit needs. If anyone needs an awesome storage unit facility and great staff, this is definitely the place for you. Hurry up and get your storage unit before they are sold out. All you snow birds out there about to travel south for the winter, better start thinking about a good storage place for your RV and belongings.

Linda & Justin were both amazing. The service was fast and as advertised online. The unit and site are clean and well maintained.

The Good.
Going through the rental process with Justin was a breeze, he explained everything very well. We got a 10x20 drive up.
I also purchased a lock and he had it ready for me on my first visit inside the unit, with package already opened, which was nice.
Pricing was good and the free full month is great.
Nice location, out of the way of all the hustle, and easy to get in and out.

The Not So Good
The demo unit he showed us looked very new and clean. I assume it was one of the newer units, which was right behind the office.
The unit we were given must have been one of the originally built units, I assume. It looked to have a lot more wear, and upon my initial visit the floor was really dirty. I brought my blower on the second visit, before I put anything in, and blew all the dirt out.
There was several pieces of broken glass outside our unit, which we removed. Luckily no flat tires.
On my first visit there was a terrible smell of sewage, or a horse farm, I couldn't tell which, but it was really bad. On my second visit, a Saturday afternoon, I did not smell that smell again.

Absolutely amazing and so helpful. I was having a hard time with my gate code and they made it super easy to ask for help and was so ready to help me with whatever I needed. I have used this storage unit before and it’s always a easy process to get a unit.

Perfect design for our storage needs! Very satisfied customer. We are excited to get to know the company!
