4The customer service is very rude and patronizing. I simply asked if he understood my question and he took that as patronizing him and started purposely being patronizing and rude back. He refused to cancel my order to provide or customer service whatsoever.
I placed order after talking to the owner on the phone, I was ordering a Synology NAS RS3617 and he validated he had it.
I asked him to ship same day and he said no issue just put a note in the special notes field so I did so.
I should have received this by Thursday or today and nothing, I went on to track to find he canceled the order without notifying me via Phone/Email/TXT. I am very disappointed and now have to plan to purchase elsewhere.
Don't order from here as you won't get your product, at $2500 plus HORRIBLE customer service
We purchased a Synology with 4TB HGST drives and worked flawlessly for about 3 weeks then had problem - tried to get help from Synology and after 4 days they could not work out what to do and asked for us to go back to our reseller - Simplynas resolved the problem within a day. We were relieved people are pleasant and efficient. We would recommend to buy from them
Needed a NAS for our small business to backup all data. They helped to ascertain what we needed and also saved us money by not over recommending, great service and people. Received NAS with drives installed and ready to go. No issues at all.
