Update: I finally received a response. I was informed that even though the shoes are advertised is their pic the outfit doesn’t come with them. I am also not able to exchange or request a refund. I would strongly advise not to buy from this company.

Jewel does not respond to emails. Pants don’t fit and pics included shoes but they were not in the package.

We operate hundreds of miles away and still prefer to shop with doyou247 than closer options.
