However, your team worked with me to provide multiple options which were more cost effective (a savings of approx. ~ 26%) without compromising quality. Now THAT is good business practice. We have been doing business with this company for years. There are pros and cons. If you are looking for fast, great. If you are looking for good quality- they do a decent job. When it comes to morals, values, and producing good quality at a "fair" price- they are not reasonable. Prices are outrageous! I was able to purchase a larger quantity/half the price by switching to a small family owned local print shop. Sir Speedy would not match the quote at a fair price so is loosing our business.

I have been using this location of Sir Speedy for well over 6 years, and they have never disappointed me. I certainly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I feel lucky to have them nearby, although I'm sure they could accept an electronic file from anywhere. They get a 5 star rating on the 3 most important elements of any print job; quality, price and timeliness. An added bonus is the friendliness and knowledge of the entire team.
