Rude, unhelpful downright nasty check in front desk woman! My husband and I flew in from Boston for my birthday and got to the hotel about 6: 30 tired and she just wanted to have us upgrade our stay telling us the Jetblue package we booked was in the old part?
Wasn’t interested in explaining what the resort fee covered and kept pressing us to pay more for a room.

Buffet wasn't as good as before (no prime rib). I know most people want turkey but I was really looking forward to their prime rib as I had enjoyed in past holiday buffets at Siesta Beach Resort. The table service was excellent. Kody was very attentive to our party of eight and had a great personality. The view was beautiful and the decor was festive. We are grateful and offer thanks to all the staff for making our Thanksgiving wonderful. It was great to enjoy our 1st family gathering post Covid-19 at this fine establishment. We look forward to enjoying another great experience again in the future. Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!

Thank goodness for the view. Hotel is worn, rooms are from the 50s. Room telephone didn't work, wifi is only 5mps, unless you pay up for 15mps, both drink vending machines on my floor were broken, and TV remote didn't have charged batteries. If a friend comes to visit you, let them know there is a daily parking fee. Annoying $45 daily activity fee. Staff was very friendly and polite. Food was solid at the two restaurants we tried. For what I paid, I expected more.

Horrible resort! Doesn’t even warrant a one star. Day 1 checked in, room smelled like someone pee’d in the room, bathroom had not been cleaned, musty odor, mini fridge leaked water all over the floor, no hot water in bathroom, turned a/c to heat since it was 52 out and the room filled with smoke. Asked to switch rooms. Day 2 wedding, ballroom ceiling leaked from the rainstorm and was a complete nightmare for the bride and groom. Day 3 not much better, woke up to no hot water, came back from lunch to refreshed towels and clean bathroom but beds were not made and coffee was not replenished. At check out, oh boy, waived $39 early check in fee and discounted $50. It sucked at $245 per day. Happily the last trip to Sirata, but it will probably collapse anyway.

We were there for a family wedding from Wednesday to Sunday. Overall we had a really nice stay but there were a few things that definitely could use some improvement.

Room - bathrooms are very dated which makes them dirty. Rust and moldy grout in the tub/shower, towels are like sandpaper, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is sub-par at best.

Housekeeping - we had 5 people (17+ yrs of age and 2 adults) and no matter how many times we asked for additional towels because they only give you four, we would never get them. We also asked for a box fan as the room would get stuffy at night. Again it took multiple asks and when finally delivered it didn’t even work! Then when that was reported we got no response.

Location - FANTASTIC! And that’s what you’re paying for! The staff at Harry’s and Rum Runners were great too!

Room was extremely gross and dirty, black mold, wet sheets and pillows, floors haven't been cleaned in who knows how long and staff was rude and didn't seem to care nor did they do anything to compensate for their nasty resort. Do not recommend to anyone and will never be staying here again.

I did not get reimbursed our money that was taken out off our visa for a Did Not Show Up Fee, when I did canceled months in advance had to cancell because of COVID-19 was not able to leave Canada to go to the USA.

We have been trying get our money back we have sent emails and no answer to our emails! When the person who did the cancellation messed up not us, I feel I was scamed the way you do cancellations very confusing!

I will not ever book a room again in your Motel i feel that we were treated very unprofessional!

Carm will come back when you treat others unfairly!

Eh. For the money I spent. I would have expected a little more, but it did what it was supposed to do, I guess. Only stayed one night, so we got that going.

On Sunday 10/31/21, I accompanied my daughter to St. Pete Beach, Florida where she was attending a conference at the Sirata Beach Resort from 11/01/21 – 11/03/21. It was about 3.5 hours drive from Miami. We arrived around 4: 00 PM and check in was very long. We were given room 1407 and the view was beautiful but the cleanliness of the room including the bathroom was horrible. The shower and toilet were dirty and appeared has if they have not been cleaned in weeks. The drape in front the A/C was torn and two sections of the room had peeling wallpaper. The room smelled like dirty, dusty, mucky, and yucky carpet and there was no carpet. There were roaches and a loud and dirty dehumidifier which had to be emptied twice daily. Our room had two queen beds, a flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffeemaker, and an old table with rusty legs. Parking and Wi-Fi were free. Overall, the room was nothing like what is pictured online. We sprayed the beds, room, and bathroom with Lysol as well as Bath and Body Works Island Margarita room spray but to no avail. We had difficulties sleeping due to the uncleanliness and smell of the room.

On Monday (11/01/21), my daughter complained at the front desk about the condition of the room and we were moved to a suite (3210). The suite was bigger and looked cleaner but still smelled. The shower was very difficult to turn on and off with low water pressure but we made it work. We planned on checking out on 11/04/21 but we checked out earlier (11/03/21). At check out, my daughter had a long wait to check out too because we were leaving early and a manager was needed. What a joke? I love the hotel’s beach front and I enjoyed the shaved ice at noon on Monday and Tuesday but overall, the hotel needs some serious upgrade.

Very small and old. Very over priced. Don't come here for a conference since you'll be charged for Beach stuff you won't have time to use. Breakfast was good but will not return since price and value received were far apart.

This resort is located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, FL. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking for guests. The amenities are great. Free beer, wine, punch every night from 6PM-6: 30 PM. Live music most nights. Beach views are spectacular. Beach rentals are plentiful. Drink and food prices on the beach are fair. I would recommend this resort to anyone. The sand on St. Pete Beach is some of the best sand in the country, if not world.

The staff was very friendly and service was what you'd expect. However, the hotel is in dire need of renovations. The bed felt like it should have been replaced a few years ago. The bathroom didn't provide any storage. The shower head was hanging in by a thread. The hotel, overall appears out of date and a bit dingy. We expected a lot better for the high rates paid.
