I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows microbladed by the incredibly talented Gloria, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Gloria's professionalism and expertise shone through, making the entire experience truly exceptional.

BUYER BEWARE: Due to serious family emergencies over the course of a few months, I had to cancel appts. Most cancellations were done with days notice. However my last scheduled appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice because I had a highly contagious stomach virus. They then proceeded to charge me FULL PAYMENT-
$800! For services Not Rendered. Once I had recovered I spoke with employees to explain the circumstances and they stated they would speak with the owner. After the owner was told I had to cancel due to being the caretaker of parents having serious health issues and having a contagious sickness, she still refused to refund me my money. It is two weeks before Christmas. I find this deplorable. I hope this post sheds clarity on what this “business” prioritizes. Certainly not health and wellness.
UPDATE: Business stated they will give me full refund after, and only after, I take my review down.

New to the area, I have had several recommendations for this place and it did not disappoint - joined the savings program as well for discounts on Botox too:) Facials are to die for!

Had a massage and facial recently with Karly and it was simply the best! She pays attention to detail and I told her my problem areas with my massage and she helped my back soooo much and with my facial! Omgggg my face feels baby soft! She’s thheeee best! Highly highly recommend requesting Karly for all your services!

I've been to a lot of spas and hair salons in sarasota but this one is my new fave. Paula did my hair and she is amazing my hair has never felt or looked better. The condition of the spa and the smell is amazing and so relaxing. I highly recommend Sirius Day spa and make sure to ask for paula for all your hair needs. She is the best!

She is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
I have a few small back issues that she addresses with care and compassion along with ideas to help with healing. The spa itself is very clean and welcoming - with a great ‘waiting room’ equipped with massage chairs and refreshments, just beautiful!

I had the skin classic treatment done at Sirius and it left scars on my face, I had it done 3 times before at other spas with no problems. I called a few days after my treatment as I was worried that I had blood blisters and a deep ridge that I thought may scar. The esthetician/manager was very kind and assured me everything was fine. I went in a month after my treatment for the included touch up. I was told to come back for a no charge IPL instead of using the skin classic again to remove the capillaries that were still there even though they were treated intensely. I let the esthetician know I was having a sinus lift/bone graft and could not do IPL for a couple of months as I needed to heal from surgery. I made an appointment but the day before was told the esthetician no longer worked there and it would be up to another provider if I could get the complimentary IPL. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a spa. I still have the same redness I paid $360 (with cash tip) to get rid of and now have scars on my face.

I moved here just a few months ago! I was very worried about “who will do my hair”? I was referred to Paula at Sirius Day Spa. Wow! She was amazing with both my color & cut! I definitely found my stylist

I moved from Connecticut about a year ago and I’ve been looking for a good hair dresser, I booked a appointment with Paula and she’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair, she’s the best. Go to her! She’s so nice listening to what I want and gives exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely love this spa! Super friendly great customer service and excited to return for my treatments!
