Has a really good racket with the FHP. Was rude when I called to pick my car up that evening and once I got the car back they had stolen every loose article out of it. From a 25-year-old leatherman to a stained yeti cup.

Im disabled and have a fixed income. 1300 miles from home, got into a wreck. They showed up in minutes, towed my car brought it to the yard and diagnosed the damage. Found me the parts (I couldn't I tried) and installed them. Very understanding, they are a business but i felt welcome since I walked in the door.

By far the best experience I've had with a tow yard.
Me and my wife were moving from houston to marathon, when we were in a bad accident. And the car was towed. They were flexible with the towing price, helped troubleshoot the problems with our car and even helped me get around to buy the parts. They are connected with a body shop that did all the work, it took 2 days in town to complete. They were very helpful in every way possible.
We know nobody in town or anywhere near. But I feel like I'm with family at Sisters towing.

Its always busy. But they attend you the best they can. Very clean and professional and polite.

Worst towing company I've ever seen. Most of equipment old and in need of desperate repair to be compliant with federal laws. Unsafe equipment

When you need a tow these guys know how to do it. Fast and reliable, wouldn't let anyone else haul my Corvette.

Unfriendly staff. Not willing to listen to a word you have to say. Only concerned about collecting their money

This place deserves no stars should be under criminal investigation had my car stolen in Broward County was found 6 hours later by Palm Beach County Sheriff who called sisters Towing right away said they towed my car 8 Miles which was only six had the car for only 2 hours told me it would be $307 to get back! I flipped like being robbed again one of the owners Linda Murphy called me the middle of that day said she would do it for $257 which the math still didn't add up to that figure I get there to pick up the car Linda is not there that price was only for cash which she never said! New price was $368 made a scene it came down to $280 these people will make up prices out of thin air with the only goal is to keep your car! Which they have tons of for sale place is also a auto body paint shop with a endless amount of inventory coming in Daily from people they rob who don't have the money to get their car back! All I can say is beware beware beware never hire these people for nothing they will rob you!

Went to pick up a vehicle for a friend of mine today and I was told yesterday that it would be out and ready to pick up. When I got there the first question I asked was is the vehicle ready they said yes, so I told my ride it was okay to leave. 15 minutes after my ride left they told me it would be 45 minutes until somebody could move vehicles to get mine out. They are unorganized, undetailed, unprofessional and uncourteous. They didn't care that I had to find a ride home and get another one back. I've used Kauffs towing many times for my business and never experienced anything close to this.

Be careful with this company when picking up your car, I went to pick up my car and at the time I was holding three bags, the lady told me to leave my items and go get the car from the back, when I came back one of my bags was missing, and they acted like as if they don’t know anything, but I know they took one of my bags, smh.

If your looking for lies and lousy service (waited 5 hours) and then overcharged use these clowns.and good luck.

Very expensive very rude people wouldn't recomend to anyone. I believe the have some contract with the police to rip you off.

Great service and very fast! Marcello was very professional and so helpful, very patient. He took his time to give me some very helpful tips about my vehicle! He was very thorough and advise me as soon as the vehicle was safely at the mechanic! Such a relief Thank you again so much Marcello and Sisters towing for their great service!

This place charges a lot of money. My son had to get his car from sisters towing twice which was crazy over $300 for a short distance us highway robbery.

I got stuck on the side of an on ramp to I95 late at night with a boat and trailer that needed to be towed. Debbie that answered phone went out of her way to help me out, thank you Debbie for your wonderful customer service.

Came here with my mother and received the worst service ever highly unprofessional and unreconendable do yourself a favor don’t bother wasting your time go somewhere else.

This company is a rip off. $505 to tow from an accident to a scrap yard. Their response “My driver has to eat”. Find someone else! They are a bunch of Crooks!

It's not just the cars which tow. It's the people in their industry wich they also help out when in a Jam. That says lots about this company. Thank you
