This is the second time our family has been seen by Dr Sivaram Rajan, and we are so grateful to have found him, he’s a 5 star for us, from bed manners, to knowledge, caring and professionalism, our family is very happy with him and his office staff is wonderful as well. Mrs. Maggie is amazing and very helpful. Also the very nice lady at check out desk is so sweet, unfortunately I don’t have her name. Great Practice will definitely recommend Dr. Rajan.

Dr. Rajan is a very good doctor, however, either he or his staff fail terribly in returning calls and calling in prescriptions. I was told by Dr. Rajan that he would refill my prescriptions when he first became my doctor. When I realized I was very low in one medicine I called for him to call in the refill. It took 4 calls to finally, 5 days later, get the refill. The worst was when I called and told the office that I tested positive for Covid. I asked for Dr Rajan to call in the prescription Paxlovid, which shortens the virus. I called 4 times in one day, and never got the prescription. I had to go online to a Teladoc to get the prescription as you have only the first 5 days of testing positive to take the drug. His office never ever called me back and the doctor never called in the prescription. I am currently looking for a more responsibly attentive primary care doctors office.
