Unhelpful and rude staff, low availability for vehicles. First care hire place I’ve heard of that only takes credit cards and NEEDS a plane ticket to drive a car? ! Do not recommend.
We went in to rent a car. They welcomed us nicely and offered us a drink. Explain all the details so we understand. Within minutes we finished the rental process and were outside. That's how it was when we came back. We were received quickly and released within minutes. Thank you very much for the service of the agent who received us.

What a customer support at Sixt USA at Miami Beach (Collins Avenue) from Billy! First time as a customer and it was the best experience so far with car rentals. Also, the car was clean and smelled good. I recomend and will be back! Keep up the good job!

I am currently being accused by the Claims Department of damaging a vehicle I never rented. My partner and I are floored by this "companies" incompetence. I have no idea who is running this place or if they are even a legal entity. Customer service is nonexistent. This issue has been ongoing. PLEASE rent a car from another company.
I am in the process of hiring a lawyer to help us deal with this matter, since we have not been able to speak to a competent human being or manager.
