SIXT rent a car, Miami FL

Since I discovered Sixt, all my car reservations have been with them, they have the best cars at the best rates, they make your process so easy and fast and the staff is super professional, my experience with Johan is always excellent, he explains everything you need to know about your rental. Recommended 100%. If you are renting with someone else, you are losing money and convenience.

As a platinum member, I refer everyone to sixt. I'm extremely disappointed that 2 out of the 3 people I know that went to this location gets mistreated and taken advantage of just because they are female. The manager is never available, and the employees clearly don't want to work there and take out there anger on customers. Avoid this location at all costs, your better off driving an extra 20 minutes to get the true sixt experience.

Garbage customer service, lack of integrity, and overall unwillingness to work with customer. Despite paying for reservation in full up front, confirmation # granted, they refuse to honor the agreement as paid for and attempt to move you to a lower tier rental at the same upper tier price. Imagine the impact when you learn of this same day you need the car. Manager Gary Samora refused to make himself available. Another customer adjacent was experiencing the same. Sixt does not deserve your business and unfortunately is an example of the prototypical pathetic customer service of current times. You have been warned- steer clear of Sixt Car rental Coral Gables/Merrick.

They do not respect the word. They gave us an estimate and we agreed to pick up the vehicle the next day in the morning. Not only did they not have the vehicle, but extra costs appeared for which we had and they included them in the budget received. A real scam. They made us lose a day of vacation and we had to change our itinerary which was a real disappointment

Always great service great price and great rides. No complaints going on 3 years with SIXT.

Have rented a couple of times from this location and wouldn’t again. Bad service. Im a gold member and wouldn’t use this location again.

Sixt Coral Gables
Located on street level and their cars are parked on the terrace of this shopping complex. Friendly service and it is especially convenient if you live in the neighborhood. Centrally located in Coral Gables one of Miami’s upscale neighborhoods. The negative aspect of a smaller branch is that there are fewer cars to select from but the staff are helpful and efficient.

We rented a car for a stay in Florida
we favored the Coral Way agency which offered more attractive rates than the airport agency, an Uber to reach this agency from the airport will cost you around $20 to $30 which is always less expensive than the price difference between the 2 agencies
we were upgraded (Rave4 Toyota -> X5 BMW)

Mohammed went above and beyond for us. He’s a great asset to your company. We had a great rental experience and will be using Sixt from now on. Our last rental experience was with Hertz. The car was filled with ants. We complained and they couldn’t care less. Sixt’s vehicles were immaculate, new and comparable to what we drive at home. Never going to use another rental car company other than Sixt. Thank you!

The service and handling of the agent was excellent. The car was clean and the price was excellent.

We had asked for a convertible car and of course we did not have it and no one warned us, when we arrived we were told that they had none.

They told me to bring back my car because I would be getting a refund on my monthly rental, when I returned the car, they refused to give me this money back.

Be careful renting with Sixt, there will be charges you did not anticipate!

Fabulous! Best rental experience EVER, non of the up sell like others do so annoying. But this company was the best! Staff friendly too!
