Very knowledgeable “Billy”… no pushy up sells but highly recommended things to insure your rental. Even service tech was really nice great atmosphere.

My name is Dion Holmes. I just returned my Suburban yesterday Saturday.

Why the ones star review?

1. I was tricked into getting a premier vehicle by the customer service representative at the desk which costs an extra $150 a day. I was told that it would be free for a good review. It wasn’t free, I was lied too. I should have known better.

2. I was tricked into getting the full coverage insurance and was told it wasn’t optional. It is optional.

3. Upon returning the vehicle we were accused of damage that pre existed before we got the vehicle by a woman who couldn’t speak English. She then tried tricking me into signing that the damage wasn’t done by me when she wrote it was done by me and continued to act like she couldn’t speak English. Last I checked we live in America and the person you’re talking to should be able to speak English. It’s the craziest experience I’ve ever encountered with a car rental service.

Stay far away from these scammy people. Total disgusting company and should be ashamed of themselves. BUYER BEWARE!

So sad how businesses run these days. Honestly it's worse than I ever would have imagined. These are the type of people that will lie to your face about a situation and then completely flip it on its head later. You better have things in writing because their word means nothing. They will not log for you either. They will say whatever it takes to have you walk away. We had a nail in the side of our tire. We were told that because it was a hazard we would not be charged for it. Turns out that doesn't match up with their policy and of course they are charging us. It happened in July and we're being charged in January. Honestly it came close to ruining our 10-year anniversary. They gave a set inconvenience check for $75 for our trouble. We thought we were in the complete clear. We then receive in the mail the way that they do business. It is so sad the way that they do business. If you're going to rent with these people make sure the tires do not have a screw in the sidewall. We had low tire pressure halfway between Orlando and St Augustine. I'm convinced they topped it off before they gave it to us. We are trying to do the right thing and even tried to buy a tire. The tire shop did not have the tire. We drove it back on a donut. In hindsight I cannot believe how we lied to. The whole thing feels dirty at this point.

PURE DISGUST! I Don't know why this company is in business. They lack integrity and lie. Don't believe them when they say, that your reservation in not found, they asked us for another credit card and ended up charging us over $250 more than we had originally agreed with. My reservation was paid up front, and they insisted that I did not have any insurance, which they lied about. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, RUN. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE CROOKS.

I paid for a rental in full at the time of booking. When we arrived, my husband, the driver, went to the desk because the mobile check-in did not work (and has never worked whenever we have rented from Sixt.). He was offered a FREE upgrade for our troubles with the mobile check-in. He signed a page of the contract that did NOT have the pricing listed, but he knew I had paid in full and did not even have my credit card with him. When reviewing my credit card statement for the month I discovered I was charged $900 (but over $1,000 after taxes, etc.) for the FREE upgrade. Almost 3 times more what my original booking fee was, which I had paid in full. I did not agree to this price, my credit card, not the driver's credit card, was charged. Sixt claims a free upgrade is never offered, but we even talked with the customer service agent about switching cars to our original booking after my husband had signed the paper and they handed us the keys because the CSA thought the car was fully EV and having never charged a car before we were nervous about traveling in unknown area and needing a charge. There was never a discussion about having to refund $900 if we did so. I cannot recommend Sixt and as a frequent traveler will never use them again. These charges are unconscionable.

Worst service, managment and desk clerks are selective and divisive, had my reservation confirmed and they didnt have the car reserved.they upcharge for bmw then dont give it you whe. You come.for the price they charge not worth the hassle. Will never use sixt again

Do not use them. As soon as my husband tries to use his card the bank automatically put it as a fraudulent charge. That right there should have stopped us. So instead since my bank is different we used mine and now they double charged us and the bank won't give it back saying my card was there. So I got scammed for 854$ at Christmas. My card was only to be used for the deposit only. So far I have been charged over 100$ in overdrafts. I hVe called uou all and emailed you. Next it will contact the news. This has messed us my kids Christmas. All because my car is getting fixed did I even rent a car

Customer service nicely took my keys at 8: 30am before they were even supposed to open. Left happy and then took them 6+ hours to process the return and wants to charge me now an extra day for the vehicle. No direct line to ask what happened and if you call general they just send an email to the branch. Extremely disappointed. I used SIXT in the past, but this was the most aggravating experience.

My daughter booked a car here and the service is terrible. She gets there and hotel staff tells her that others have been here trying to get a car and sixt employees has left at 2: 30 and her reservation is at 5. She calls customer service and for an hr they can't find a car. Customer service hangs up, she calls back and they find her a minivan. My baby is 25 she don't won't no minivan, while on the phone customer service is laughing and than hangs up. She calls again and finally gets to someone and at this time (3hrs later) she wants her money back.customer service tells her that she has to call another number and she calls the service number they saying she has to wait for sixt to get back to them which takes 5 to 10 business days before they get back to them. She calls the number and now they only wants to give her the insurance for the car back and yet again another laughing customer representative. My baby was on the phone for 5 hrs total and still have to wait for someone to call her back. This is bad service. THEY DO NOT CAR ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MONEY.book at your own risk

They bullied my wife to pay an extra $730 to rent a car because they told her our Visa business credit card was not good to cover the deductible (in case of an accident), which is a devish lie, thay steal form you, be careful!

In fact, I wouldn't even rent a car there again, next time I'll rent ahead of time where I always rent, because we drive the same thing and in other rental cars the tolls are 50 to 60$ maximum and these and 250$ seem like a total abuse to me, I don't recommend them apart The car was beaten in the metalwork and was not perfectly clean.

Good experience at the Orlando I-Drive branch. Friendly, and a quick handover. No condition check so took photos myself (a few marks - see photos), but generally very good and highly recommended.
