SIXT Rent A Car Jacksonville Airport

Jacksonville Sixt: I've heard of SIXT from a co-worker. This was my first time using them and I was very impressed. I booked my reservation on the American Express travel site. I then arrived to pick up my vehicle and Ronnie was the agent on duty.

Ronnie has amazing customer service skills, was very friendly and he helped me make sure that I was getting what I wanted. I really appreciated the suggestions he provided. He didn't badger me to purchase any additional items. He focused on my needs and provided suggestions. Again, they were much appreciated.

Upon arriving to the pick up area I was met by another young lady and unfortunately I do not remember her name. She was a new employee with the company. She was also very helpful and friendly.

If all of SIXT's agents provide the same customer service I will surely be using them again.

Ms latiffany was a great help I didn't have all the credentials for other rentals but she got me right at sixt cause I had right credentials

JUST DON'T.reserved a car and the minute I pushed send, I realized the dates were wrong. Immediately tried to "modify" the reservation by calling and couldn't. Had to send an email with the request with an undetermine response time for a trip that was occuring for me in 1 day. $100 cancel fee to avoid the entire price of reservation. Literally 1 second into my booking and they couldn't modify? Other car rental companies to NOT have this policy. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company. They cheated me on my money. I reserved a car through Orbitz, but Sixt refused to rent it to me, because I didn't have a return ticket and they refused to give me back my money

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was involved in a class action suit because of their shady practices. Google it. BEWARE! They charge ridiculous fees for tolls (admin fee of $5 for a 50 cent toll) to force you to pay $13 a day for toll service…they coerce you into signing up for insurance, they say you returned tank needing gas when you didn’t…plus you can’t even talk to the actual store to get charges corrected because the calls and e-mails go to central number/location…charges will come through weeks after you return the rental…the list just goes on! JUST USE ANOTHER COMPANY OR USE EXTREME DILIGENCE IF YOU BOOK WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!

The customer service was great and Diamond was my agent. Her service was Quick and very nice.

This was my first time using sixt and they far succeeded my expectations. I had already made my reservations prior to arriving to the airport and Diamond helped me out when I arrived. I had a unique situation but she was very efficient and was able to assist me. She was patient with me while also quickly processing things on her end. Her customer service skills were remarkable. I will definitely use them in the future.

Diamonds was so awesome! The deal I had prior to my trip was misleading and duplicitous. I was really panicked, I almost thought I wouldn’t get a car. Diamonds was so professional and gave me options. Reasonable support, everything was clear, no surprises. Next time I need a car, I’m going to Sixt and if she is available, Ms. Diamonds!

Ronnie was amazing definitely recommend! Hands down best service ever! Will come back again!

Both Nick and Ronnie helped me out, were very friendly, got me through quick, and we're very informative of what I should upgrade to or not. Highly recommend and will certainly use this branch again should I pass through Jax.

We had rented a car from another vendor that line was 40 people deep with one person handling the line.
We saw Sixt went over to them. Diamond rented a car to us with no problem. She is great. Easiest car rental experience ever.

Ronnie & Diamonds, I was stuck due to another car rental place, they came through for me got me in a car no hassle, they was very friendly and knew their job well.

I loved my experience with this car rental. The young lady showed immaculate service. Very friendly and respectful. She work with us after our reservation for budget was completely messed up and they also didn’t have any cars to rent for everyone that made reservations months prior to arrival. SixT took us in with no problem and gave us a happy ending to our budget nightmare. This was amazing and I am so honored to say I went through this company for our traveling needs. Thank you so much Latiffany and to the young man who was working with you as well.

I’ve had absolute horror stories with enterprise at airports in FL. So I was not expecting too much when I booked the rental with a 3rd party from SixT.
When I arrived Latiffany and the other girl working with her, I apologize for not remembering her name, were both absolutely amazing! They were both extremely friendly and made me feel valued as a customer.
Their friendly bubbly personalities will absolutely get me to rent from SixT again in the future.
Thank you for being wonderful to deal with after a day of flying, and just wanting to get in the rental car and to the hotel.

My first time using Sixt rental car service and it was top notch! My original ride with a friend fell through and Omar was so understanding and efficient in helping me get transportation. I was extremely appreciative and impressed with the level of customer care him and his team offered. The car I was issued was wonderful! Fantastic service and staff, I will be a repeat user!
