Everybody in this store has great customer service skills. Selling some of most comfortable shoes. I will be back next time with a couple of friends.

Great selection and plenty of 13's in stock. It's hard finding shoes in 13. Staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be buying my skechers here for now on and stay away from big box stores that sell skechers

I was disappointed the prices went way up I always buy my shoes there because of back problems.

The employees there were very fast and concerned about my need for work shoes. They help with picking out the proper shoe and fast check out, also I got a discount. That Is excellent service.

Please turn down the music in the store. Also, maybe hire or train people to properly fit shoes. I was lucky because my son wears a size regular old size 10 and they're good work shoes, but I had to do like 85% of the work to find, size, etc. Improve your training.

Yesterday we went to to get new shoes and Shawn was so nice and helpful he helped me put on my shoes and very nice 10/10 would recomed

Great service and super friendly staff! Both the cashier and the floor lady went out of their way to help me out with a specific size. She found it on the top shelf on the other side of the store. She had to use the ladder to get it and searched for over 15 minutes to find it! Saturday mid day! Now that's service. I'm a first time buyer of skechers for myself, I hope the quality is good! I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I'll be back because of the service though! Great job ladies. Thank you and God bless you.

Staff was not very helpful or knowledgable w/regards to a mens dress shoe. I had purchased this shoe, for to its comfort, value and airport security friendly. The sales associate seemed new and was relying on another associate for answers. The associate w/the answers had this "whatever attitude and really didnt qant to bother w/my search for this specific skecher dress shoe. What a shame and very disappointing.

I know help is expensive but can't you even have benches to sit on to try on the one shoe in the box. Really the store does not impress me. I go to look at shoes or shoe I may want then go home and order online.

I love this store! I have 5 pair and still stop in frequently. And the staff is amazing and friendly. Managers go above and beyond. And everyone smiles all the time.

There were tons of choices and I bought 2 pair, buy 1 get 1 half off. My only complaint is I had to go to the back of the store to sit down and try on shoes. My balance isn't good enough to stand and put on shoes. I guess it's to help prevent shoplifting.

This is great outlet store to try the once you really like before you buy the expensive store makers.

Was alright. I have bought before here. But did not have a black and white sketcher. And surprisingly no one around to ask

Great selection of womens shoes a little bit smaller selection of mens. All types of styles of shoes and super comfortable. Seemed to have a good sale on when we went. Lots of parking and friendly staff.

Great prices on a good brand of shoes. I had a pair the held up for 3 years and I do a lot of walking. No middleman, since it's a factory outlet. The place was kind of crowded.

The costumer service was alright, given the place was crowded. So maybe it would have been better other times. Many posters state that there is bad service and didn't open at stated time. But it was open at 9: 00 AM when I was there.

Good for me not so good for my girlfriend. They never seem to have her size in the shoe SHE wants. Prices are decent, selection is good

I live in and love these sneakers n shoes, my daughter wears Bobs to school everyday. They always have buy one get one 50%off.

A very large variety of sneakers. They usually have sales there and I go there to buy my shoes.
