Generally I find what I want. Help from store clerk wasn't helpful as she was more interested in staying at the register.

There is one girl and guy working there the lady is verrry helpful but unfortunately the guy is very rude not helpfully with a verry bad attitude give me a feeling that we are not welcome at all

I am urging the district managers to take an action as it is apparent I am not the only one. I will NOT return to this location unless such rude people continue to work. What a disappointing experience.

I went today just to get a pair of sketchers but you are not an outlet store and not affordable.

The 2nd pair was super cheap at 50% apart from the 10% for being a new user, and I went on a tax-free week! Excellent buy!

The essential models at slightly reduced prices. But you can also get them at the shoe discounter around the corner, so it's not worth the extra trip to the outlet store. But if you're already there anyway, a visit certainly makes sense.

I shopped for my annual pair of black work shoes. I work at a local golf course & wear them almost every day. The salesperson was friendly & helpful. She found the shoes I was looking for and looked up my loyalty account when she was ringing me up. I will be back.

I walked in today Thursday morning with smile to shop, the women in the register not even greed us, but also was really RUDE, feels like she is very unhappy to work there, I grabbed my shoes and gave me attitude when checking me out. I asked for manager she mentioned she is a manager!
she was horrible and told me you that I could shop online, never ever will be back.

We just left the store and purchased 2 pair of shoes. The person that helped us was Tyler. He was very knowledgeable of your shoes and is very personable, courteous and polite. It was great having him help us

We have bought quite a few pairs of sketchers in this store. No the prices are not really outlet prices but its that way in this whole mall. What we love is if you buy one pair you can get another one at a discounted price sometimes when there is a sale.
It is a nice store and clean. There is alot of stock but displayed nicely.
The store is a little small so its kind of tight getting around.
Staff is friendly and helpful if you have a question.

We had a quite bad customer experience in this store of Skechers at Premium Tampa Outlets.

As also mentioned in other comments, there is a slender, older blonde lady working in this place, and she is extremely rude to customers. In our instance, by following the products on the shelf, we walked behind the cashier without realizing it, and she yelled at us in a very rude way. My elderly mother got very upset about this extremely rude behavior. It is her duty to organize the place so that customers do not get confused, she can use simple separators. Any case, she has no rights to be extremely rude.

I am not sure about her name, but the other workers that we interacted with also confirmed her continuous rudeness against customers.

We got a deal by buying 3 pairs of needed shoes. Work boots included which I was surprised to find. Service was helpful and the selection was great.

I just left this store. Horrible experience! The store manager Casey (slender, older blonde) was beyond rude. I walked in with my service animal amd she, very rudely, said "no pets in here, leave". This lady doesn't bother to greet me, or even introduce herself. I told her my dog is a certified PSD amd her response was "they're supposed to have a vest" to which I politely responded "legally they don't". I then proceeded to ask for the store manager and she said "I am the store manager, I don't need your nasty attitude". Amazing example Sketchers is setting for their clients bu hiring people like her. I asked for the district managers contact info and at that point she refused to speak to me then walked into the backroom. I asked a store employee if he knew the district managers contact info amd he stated he does not know. The employee was very polite and apologetic for the MANAGERS rude behavior. This is the Sketchers store located at the Outlets in Wesley Chapel Florida. Corporate, if you are reading this Casey, store manager from store 419 needs to be replaced! Not only is she rude but I feel discriminated against! Never going back to Sketchers again!

Ended up having to order something online and the guy said if it did not fit he would take it back and they did what they said she did not fit after we ordered it but service was excellent we'll go back
