Very unprofessional. They keep changing your appointment time. My husband had to leave early for work and pick up my daughter early from school. Then they call you on same day to come earlier This happens more than once. Also they declined to see my daughter because she has a balance even thought I told them that the check was sent days ago. I had to call my bank and cancel the payment. And the worse part when I request to speak with the manager she claimed that it’s not her who is not letting my daughter to see the Dermatologist but it’s the Dr itself. I’m gonna request my records and see another more profesional office and Doctor. Also not to mentioned the Dr doesn’t explain anything to the parent about the regimen of antibiotics that my daughter has to take for her acne treatment. She has been in antibiotics for over 9 months and now the Dermatologist Dr Sharaf says she is getting inmune to it. So it means if I don’t ask the Dr for how long more she is gonna take the medicine. He doesn’t change it.

What a frustrating experience! I scheduled an appointment as a new patient to have my moles on my back mapped. With my family history of cancer, I have been told many times I need to start this at 40 and have them checked once a year. I scheduled an appointment for it. I had to wait a month. A few days before my appointment I received a call saying the dermatologist who I was scheduled with, they had problems with their credentials (!) so they had to switch my appointment. So, I rescheduled it. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. Told the nurse what I was there for, and she said great and had me put the paper top on. Then I waited for the dermatologist. I told him what I was there for, and he looked at me like I was absolutely crazy, and he had no idea what I was saying. (Dr. David Sharaf). I said, "mole mapping? I was told after 40. " I glanced at the nurse who had checked me in she nodded yes. There was a long pause and he said "I don't do that. The other dermatologist does that. You have to reschedule". Super matter of fact. No apologies. No emotional intelligence or bedside manners. I waited over a month and that's what I got. I can't believe that.

I had been seeing Dr Brown for 3 months for accutane & she was great. She said she was moving & a new doctor would be taking her place, so I scheduled an appointment with the incoming Doctor for the following month; then a few weeks later they call me asking to reschedule my appointment, then the next day call me again to reschedule. I come into my appointment a month later and they tell me their new dermatologist left to a different office & their current one doesn’t prescribe accutane. As someone who’s worked as a receptionist scheduling appointments, I would’ve looked more carefully as to what the patient was coming in for before re-scheduling them with a new dermatologist who doesn’t do accutane. Now they’re referring me to a different office that doesn’t answer the phone, has poor reviews, so now I finally scheduled an appointment with a different office, but it’s 2 weeks out, & I’ll be missing at least 2 weeks of my accutane if they don’t have me re-do labs & come in another day.

I have been using Dr Sharaf as my Dermatologist for decades. Full disclosure, we were related through marriage but are no longer married, and I still go to his office - and pay for his services. He recently did Botox injections for me. He has always done a great job with wonderful results. Wonderful office staff and medical assistants as well. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Blumenthal was amazing, the staff was friendly. I was very pleased with my visit. The doctor answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. The practice exceeded my expectations.

Dr Julia Johnson is super nice and super friendly. I am looking forward to see her next 6 months. She know how to do fingers spelling to me because I am deaf and she let me read her lips with mask off, too.)
I even referred to my Deaf friend to make an appointment with Dr. Johnson.

Love Dr. Gewirtzman. He knows his field and is very efficient. His staff is super friendly and they always take care of every concern I have. Highly recommend.

Dr Sharaf always puts my concerns first and gives me great care. He is the best Dermatologist I have ever seen. A friend at work recommended him to me. Update 6/15/23 I had a cyst that got infected and he got me in and took care of it promptly!

I was seen quickly. Staff was pleasant and Dr Sharaf answered and addressed my questions and concerns. I left with peace of mind.

I have been getting regular checkups with Dr Gewirtzman, his associates and staff for well over 10 years and have always been pleased with their service, which has protected me from any issues with skin cancer.

I've been a patient of Skin and Cancer Associates for over 15 years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent skin care.

Have been going there over 20 yrs. I wish they offered I wish they offered skin treatments laxer treatments. I have had many skin cancers and this would help me a lot.

I absolutely loved Dr Brown. She is fantastic! So glad I waited the 2 months to get in to see her. It was well worth it for sure. I felt very comfortable with her and she was very thorough.
