Office staff doesn't answer the phone (they have a new young crew) BUT if you actually go to the office, they are sitting around chatting with each other. Took a week of phone tag to get an appointment recently and I had to drive there once because my other Dr called for an hour with no answer or call back. I would suggest trying a different dermatologist.
